You have probably seen the name written three different ways this week: AA Limousines on a confirmation email, A&A Limo on a search result, A and A Limo on a friend's text. They all point to the same company, and this page explains why the spellings vary and what sits behind the name.
Below you will find a plain table of what we do, the six areas we cover, how to match a trip to the right vehicle class, and a booking checklist for your first ride. If you only read one section, read the three questions near the middle.
Quick answer: one company, many spellings
AA Limousines, A&A Limo, A and A Limousine, AA Limo, A & A Limo and A&A Limousine Service are all the same company. We registered in Washington, DC in 2021 and serve New York, New Jersey, Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia and Texas. We are not affiliated with any other company using a similar name. Read more on our about page.
Why the name gets typed so many ways
Ampersands, periods and double letters are easy to misremember, especially when you are typing on a phone between meetings. That is why customers reach us as A&A Limo, AA Limo, A and A Limousine, A & A Limo and a dozen other variations. Every one of those spellings lands at the same reservation desk.
Call or text +1 888 583 0779, email info@aalimousineandsedan.com, or use the contact page. A reservation specialist answers 24/7, ready for a Newark airport pickup tomorrow morning or a wedding shuttle next spring.
One detail worth knowing: our Washington, DC address is a registered office, not a pickup point. All rides are by reservation, and your chauffeur meets you at the address you give us. That keeps the paperwork in DC while the vehicles run where you actually are.

What A&A Limo actually does, in one table
| Service | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Airport Transportation | Meet-and-greet pickups and drop-offs at JFK, LaGuardia, Newark, Reagan National, Dulles, BWI, Houston, Dallas and Austin airports, with flight tracking included. |
| Corporate Transportation | Executive travel, roadshows, client visits and company events, with corporate accounts and monthly billing. |
| Wedding Limo Service | Bridal party pickups, ceremony-to-reception transfers and guest shuttles, coordinated to your wedding timeline. |
| Prom & Homecoming | Supervised rides with parent-approved routes and no-alcohol policies for student groups. |
| Party Bus & Night Out | Birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, concerts and bar tours, with no worrying about parking or driving home. |
| Bus Charter & Group Travel | Charters for schools, churches, sports teams and conventions of any size. |
| Hourly & Point-to-Point | A chauffeur by the hour for a day of meetings, or a single ride from door to door. |
| Wine Tours & Sightseeing | Private tours of Virginia wine country, Hudson Valley vineyards, Texas Hill Country and the monuments of Washington DC. |
| Long-Distance Travel | City-to-city rides such as New York to DC or Dallas to Houston, when flying is more hassle than it is worth. |
Read the table by occasion first, then by group size. A wedding usually means the wedding service plus a guest shuttle; a roadshow usually means corporate transportation plus hourly chauffeur time. The vehicle itself comes next, and you can compare all ten classes in our fleet. The services page lists every option in full, including the ones that overlap.
Where A and A Limo drives: six service areas
We cover six states and the District of Columbia, with local teams that know each market's traffic patterns, security zones and pickup points. Here is the short version of each. The service areas page has the full breakdown.
New York
Our A&A Limo NYC team covers Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Staten Island, Long Island and Westchester. We handle JFK and LaGuardia transfers daily, plus Broadway nights, Hamptons weekends and corporate rides across Midtown. If your flight lands during the evening rush, build in extra time; crossings and tunnels can run slow depending on traffic.
New Jersey
AA Limo New Jersey serves Newark, Jersey City, Hoboken, Princeton, the Jersey Shore and everywhere in between. Newark Liberty (EWR) pickups, MetLife Stadium events and North Jersey weddings are our specialties. For stadium events, we set a pickup point away from the main gates so your group is not standing in the crowd.
Washington DC
From Capitol Hill meetings to Georgetown weddings, AA Limo DC knows the city's security zones, traffic patterns and best pickup points. We serve Reagan National (DCA) and Union Station and run private monument tours day and night. Some federal buildings restrict curbside stopping, so we confirm the exact pickup corner with you before the ride.
Maryland
A&A Limousine Maryland covers Baltimore, Bethesda, Rockville, Silver Spring, Annapolis and Columbia. BWI airport transfers, Inner Harbor events and Annapolis weekend trips are among our most popular rides. Annapolis fills up on game weekends and graduation weekends, so book those early.
Virginia
Our A and A Limo Virginia service covers Arlington, Alexandria, Tysons, Reston, Fairfax and Loudoun County. It is a top choice for Dulles (IAD) transfers, corporate travel in the Tysons corridor and Virginia wine country tours. Dulles is a long ride from most of Northern Virginia, so allow a generous window on departure day.
Texas
A&A Limo Texas serves Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin and San Antonio. We cover IAH, Hobby, DFW, Love Field and Austin-Bergstrom airports, plus weddings, quinceañeras, Hill Country wine tours and game-day party buses. Texas distances are real distances; a Dallas to Houston run is a comfortable alternative to a short flight once you count security and boarding. Details for the state are on the Texas service area page.
Long-distance trips between these areas are available, so a New York to DC or Dallas to Houston ride can go on one reservation with one point of contact.
How to decide in three questions
You do not need to memorize vehicle names. Answer three questions and the right class usually picks itself. Compare the options in our fleet as you go.
1. How many people are riding?
Count everyone, including the people who say they will meet you there. Then round up rather than down, because luggage and coats take space too.
- 1 to 3 passengers: sedan
- 4 to 6 passengers: SUV
- 8 to 10 passengers: stretch limousine
- 10 to 18 passengers: Sprinter or SUV stretch
- 20 passengers and up: party bus, mini bus or motor coach
2. What is the occasion?
The occasion sets the tone and the timing. An airport transfer needs flight tracking and a quiet cabin; a wedding needs a timeline; a prom needs parent-approved routes.
- Airport or business: sedan or SUV
- Wedding: stretch limousine, Sprinter limo or mini bus for guests
- Prom or Sweet 16: stretch, SUV stretch or Hummer
- Night out or concert: party bus or SUV stretch
- Corporate group or conference: Sprinter van or mini bus
- Wine tour or sightseeing: Sprinter limo or SUV
3. How long do you need the vehicle?
Point-to-point means one pickup and one drop-off. Hourly means the chauffeur stays with you. Multi-day applies to weddings, tournaments and conventions.
- Single airport run: point-to-point
- Meetings around a city: hourly
- Wedding day: hourly, often with a separate guest shuttle
- Tournament or convention: multi-day, several vehicles under one reservation
When you are ready, request a quote on the reserve page with your date, times, addresses and passenger count.

The everyday workhorses: sedan and SUV
Most reservations come down to these two classes, and the choice is usually about people and bags rather than budget.
Luxury Sedan / Town Car
The Luxury Sedan / Town Car holds up to 3 passengers and 3 suitcases. Expect leather seats, a quiet cabin, phone chargers and bottled water. It is the classic choice for business travelers, airport transfers and solo trips.
Choose it when:
- You are traveling alone or as a couple
- You want a quiet cabin to take a call or answer email
- Your luggage fits in three standard suitcases
Skip it when:
- Four or more people are riding together
- You are carrying golf clubs, skis or oversized boxes
- You want a vehicle that makes an entrance at a celebration
Pro tip: on a solo airport run, book the sedan and put the savings into a slightly earlier pickup. Arriving fifteen minutes before you needed to beats sprinting to the gate.
Luxury SUV
The Luxury SUV holds up to 6 passengers and 6 bags, typically a Cadillac Escalade or Chevrolet Suburban. Features include leather seating and climate control. It is our most-booked vehicle for family airport runs and executive roadshows.
Choose it when:
- Your group is 4 to 6 people
- You have checked bags, strollers or trade-show materials
- You want one vehicle for a roadshow instead of two sedans
Skip it when:
- You are a solo traveler with one carry-on
- Your group has grown past six and you need a Sprinter
- The occasion calls for a limousine interior rather than SUV seating
Pro tip: for a family airport pickup, send us the flight number. We track the flight and include 60 minutes of free wait time for domestic arrivals, so a delayed bag does not turn into a stressed call.
One more note: several vehicles can run under one reservation with one point of contact, so a family arriving on two flights can book a sedan and an SUV together and settle it on one confirmation.
The celebration limos: stretch, SUV stretch, Hummer
When the ride is part of the event, these three classes do the work. All three are popular for weddings, proms and milestone birthdays, and all three are booked early for spring and fall weekends.
Stretch Limousine
The Stretch Limousine holds 8 to 10 passengers. Inside you get wraparound leather seating, mood lighting, a premium sound system and a bar area. It is the standard for weddings, anniversaries and prom.
SUV Stretch Limo
The SUV Stretch Limo holds 14 to 18 passengers and combines SUV height with full limousine length. Features include LED ceilings, high-end audio and a dance-floor feel. It is a favorite for bachelorette parties and big birthday nights.
Hummer Limo
The Hummer Limo holds up to 20 passengers, with laser lighting and a booming sound system. It is our top request for prom and Sweet 16 events.
| Class | Passengers | Standout features | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stretch Limousine | 8 to 10 | Wraparound leather, mood lighting, premium sound, bar area | Weddings, anniversaries, prom |
| SUV Stretch Limo | 14 to 18 | LED ceilings, high-end audio, dance-floor feel | Bachelorette, birthdays, nights out |
| Hummer Limo | Up to 20 | Laser lighting, booming sound system | Prom, Sweet 16, parties |
A note on drinks: guests 21 and older may bring their own beverages in limousines and party buses where state law allows. On prom and student trips, alcohol is never permitted, routes are parent-approved, and pickup and drop-off times are set in advance. That policy is not negotiable, and it is a big part of why parents book with us.
For a wedding, the stretch usually covers the bridal party while a mini bus or motor coach handles guest shuttles, all under one reservation. For a prom group of 16, the SUV stretch keeps everyone in one vehicle instead of splitting the group across two. If you are weighing a limousine against a party bus, the fleet page shows both interiors side by side.
Sprinter vans: same size, different jobs
Two vehicles in our fleet seat roughly the same number of people, yet they are built for opposite kinds of trips. The Mercedes Sprinter Van is a working vehicle: forward-facing captain's chairs, Wi-Fi, USB charging and generous luggage space. The Sprinter Limo is a social one: perimeter seating, ambient lighting, a premium bar and standing headroom.
| Feature | Mercedes Sprinter Van | Sprinter Limo |
|---|---|---|
| Passengers | 12 to 14 | 10 to 14 |
| Seating | Captain's chairs, forward-facing | Perimeter seating |
| Best for | Corporate, conferences, team outings | Wine tours, wedding parties, nights out |
| Onboard | Wi-Fi, USB charging, luggage space | Ambient lighting, premium bar, standing headroom |
The simple test: if the group needs to work or arrive fresh, choose the executive Sprinter. If the group wants to socialize, choose the Sprinter limo. Conference shuttles and airport runs for a team usually point to the first; a bachelorette afternoon in Virginia wine country points to the second. Ask yourself what the passengers will be doing ten minutes into the ride, and the answer picks the vehicle for you.

Party bus, mini bus and motor coach
Once a group passes 20 people, three vehicles cover almost every request, and each one solves a different problem. The Party Bus is built for celebration, seating 20 to 40 passengers with dance poles, laser and LED lighting, big-screen TVs and a full bar area. The Mini Bus is the quiet workhorse, with reclining seats and luggage storage for 24 to 36 passengers. The Charter Bus / Motor Coach handles up to 56 passengers with reclining seats, an onboard restroom, Wi-Fi and under-floor luggage bays.
| Vehicle | Passengers | Signature features | Typical trips |
|---|---|---|---|
| Party Bus | 20 to 40 | Dance poles, laser & LED lighting, big-screen TVs, full bar area | Birthdays, bachelor parties, concerts |
| Mini Bus | 24 to 36 | Reclining seats, luggage storage | Wedding shuttles, school trips, corporate events |
| Motor Coach | Up to 56 | Reclining seats, onboard restroom, Wi-Fi, under-floor luggage | Long distance, conventions, sports teams |
A useful rule: choose the vehicle by what happens at the destination, not just by headcount. A 30-person wedding party going five miles to a reception needs the mini bus; the same 30 people on a Saturday night bar tour need the party bus. A 45-person group crossing state lines needs the motor coach, where the restroom and luggage bays matter more than the lighting.
Worked examples: matching trips to vehicles
Example 1: A JFK pickup for two executives with carry-ons. Two passengers, two small bags, a need to work en route and a terminal meet-and-greet through airport transportation. Recommended: Luxury Sedan / Town Car.
Example 2: A family of five to Newark with six suitcases. Five passengers plus six checked bags rules out a sedan; an SUV gives everyone room and swallows the luggage. Recommended: Luxury SUV.
Example 3: A wedding party of 16 from ceremony to reception. Sixteen passengers in one vehicle points to the Escalade stretch, with room for dresses and photos between stops. Recommended: SUV Stretch Limo.
Example 4: A bachelorette group of 14 for a night out. Fourteen passengers who want music, lighting and standing room fit the Sprinter limo better than a stretch. Recommended: Sprinter Limo.
Example 5: A corporate roadshow for 12 with Wi-Fi and luggage. Twelve people working between meetings need captain's chairs, charging and bag space. Recommended: Mercedes Sprinter Van.
Example 6: A school group of 40 to a museum. Forty students plus chaperones and backpacks call for a motor coach with under-floor luggage and a restroom for the return. Recommended: Charter Bus / Motor Coach. Browse the full fleet if your trip sits between two of these.
Common mistakes when booking A&A Limo
- Booking by price alone. A lower number often excludes tolls, gratuity or wait time. Ask what the quote includes before you compare, and request a written quote through our reservation page.
- Forgetting luggage. Passenger count and suitcase count are two different numbers. Tell us both, and mention golf bags, strollers or instruments.
- Underestimating headcount. One extra guest can push a group past a vehicle's capacity. Count confirmed guests, then add one or two for safety.
- Assuming every limo has a bar. Bar areas appear in specific classes, and alcohol rules differ for student trips. Confirm what your vehicle includes when you book.
- Booking too late for weddings and prom. These dates fill fastest; four to eight weeks ahead is the comfortable window. Airport and corporate rides usually work with 24 hours' notice.
- Not confirming the pickup point. Large venues and airports have several entrances. Agree on one exact spot, and see our guide to choosing the right vehicle for more planning tips.
Most booking problems come from missing details like flight numbers, passenger counts and pickup times, so follow these steps to reserve your ride before you confirm.
What every A&A Limousine ride includes
Every trip starts with the chauffeur. Our chauffeurs are commercially licensed, background-checked and drug-tested, trained in defensive driving and etiquette, and professionally dressed. They arrive 15 minutes before pickup, and every vehicle is inspected and detailed before your trip. You can read more about how we work on our about page.
Airport rides include flight tracking and 60 minutes of free wait time for domestic arrivals, with meet-and-greet service at JFK, LaGuardia, Newark, Reagan National, Dulles, BWI, Houston (IAH and Hobby), Dallas (DFW and Love Field) and Austin. Quotes are all-inclusive and usually ready within 15 minutes, with gratuity, tolls and fees explained upfront. You reserve with a secure deposit and receive written confirmation, then your chauffeur's name and contact details before pickup.
Companies can set up corporate accounts with monthly billing, which suits executive assistants booking repeat travel. If your group splits across vehicles, several vehicles can run under one reservation with one point of contact, so nobody has to coordinate three separate bookings.
From the confirmation email to the chauffeur's arrival fifteen minutes early, this walkthrough of your first ride shows exactly what happens on pickup day.
