Corporate team events. Sales celebrations, client entertainment nights and holiday party runs. Billing can run through an existing AA Transportation corporate account with the ride tagged to a department or cost code. For routine corporate travel we recommend a sedan or SUV instead.

Graduations and school events. Graduation dinners, senior nights, banquets and end-of-season team celebrations, with the same booking structure as prom: adult-confirmed itinerary, fixed stop list, no alcohol for underage passengers. May and June dates should be reserved alongside prom bookings.

City tours and sightseeing. Hourly sightseeing for visiting family and out-of-town groups: monuments in DC, the Manhattan skyline circuit, the Inner Harbor, or a Texas Hill Country afternoon. The chauffeur handles the route; you set the stops.

Casino and day trips. Atlantic City, Charles Town, MGM National Harbor, Maryland Live!, and Shore or wine-country day trips, booked as a flat-rate round trip with a set return time, or hourly if the day is open-ended.

Rates and booking terms

• Pricing structure: hourly, with a minimum block. Three to four hours standard; five to six hours on peak dates.
• Rates depend on: hours booked, date, vehicle size, colour and route accessibility.
• Peak dates: prom Saturdays in May, graduation weekends, New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day and peak wedding Saturdays. These price highest and sell out first.
• Deposit: required to hold the date on special-occasion bookings, with the balance due before the run.
• Cancellation: free up to 24 hours before pickup on standard bookings. Peak dates carry longer terms, stated in writing at the time of booking.
• Payment: all major credit cards, ACH, corporate cards and direct invoicing for established accounts.
