We reply with an all-inclusive price, usually within 15 minutes.

No payment needed. We confirm availability and price before anything is booked.

Our group transportation keeps a whole party on one schedule: conference delegates from the hotel to the convention center, a wedding party from the getting-ready suite to the reception, a sports team from campus to the stadium, or a family reunion moving between three houses and a restaurant. You get one reservation, one lead chauffeur and one phone number to call if the plan changes at 4pm on a Saturday.

We run groups across New York, New Jersey, Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia and Texas, from Manhattan conference weeks to Hill Country wedding weekends outside Austin. Choose a Mercedes Sprinter Van for 10 to 15 passengers with luggage, a mini bus for wedding shuttles and school trips, or a charter bus up to 56 passengers with an onboard restroom for long-distance runs. Several vehicles can run under one reservation when the group splits, and we coordinate the timings with conference and convention shuttles and multi-stop itineraries.

Group Rides in New York

Airports JFK, LaGuardia (LGA), Westchester (HPN), Long Island MacArthur (ISP), Albany (ALB), Buffalo (BUF)

Group transportation in New York means planning around the state's size: a corporate shuttle in Manhattan faces different traffic than a ski trip to the Adirondacks or a college visit in Ithaca. The Thruway (I-87/I-90) connects Albany, Syracuse, Rochester and Buffalo, while the Long Island Expressway and Northern State Parkway serve Long Island's wineries and beaches. In New York City, we use the FDR, West Side Highway and Brooklyn-Queens Expressway, accounting for rush hour and bridge crossings. Popular group trips include wedding shuttles in the Hudson Valley, brewery tours in the Finger Lakes, and game-day buses to Yankee Stadium or Highmark Stadium. Winter weather upstate can slow travel, so we build extra time into itineraries from November through March. Our team knows the pickup points at JFK and LaGuardia, so large parties board without confusion.

Group Rides in New Jersey

Airports Newark Liberty (EWR), Trenton-Mercer (TTN), Atlantic City (ACY)

From the Delaware Water Gap to Cape May, New Jersey group trips rely on the Turnpike, Garden State Parkway and I-287. Summer weekends bring heavy traffic to the Shore, so we schedule shuttles to Asbury Park, Long Branch and Wildwood with extra time. In North Jersey, corporate groups use our sprinters for meetings in Newark, Jersey City and the Meadowlands, while wedding parties book mini buses for venues in Princeton and the Somerset Hills. Atlantic City casino runs and outlet shopping trips in Elizabeth are also common. We monitor Parkway delays and adjust routes to keep your group on schedule. Newark Liberty (EWR) is a key airport for group pickups, and we offer meet-and-greet service there.

Group Rides in Washington, DC

Airports Reagan National (DCA), Dulles (IAD), BWI Marshall (BWI)

Washington, DC group transportation requires working around security zones, one-way streets and limited loading areas. We plan pickups at Union Station, Reagan National (DCA) and downtown hotels with precise timing. School groups often visit the Smithsonian museums and monuments, while corporate shuttles connect Capitol Hill with K Street and the Wharf. For events at the Kennedy Center or Nationals Park, we coordinate drop-offs to avoid congestion. Spring's Cherry Blossom Festival draws crowds, so we recommend early morning starts. Our chauffeurs know the best spots for motor coaches to wait. We also handle group tours to Mount Vernon and Arlington National Cemetery with licensed guides on request.

Group Rides in Maryland

Airports BWI Marshall (BWI), Hagerstown (HGR), Salisbury (SBY)

Maryland's group transportation spans from the mountains of Garrett County to the Chesapeake Bay. I-95 and I-70 are main arteries, but beach traffic to Ocean City in summer can add hours, so we plan accordingly. Baltimore's Inner Harbor and convention center host many corporate events, while Annapolis draws wedding parties and sailing regattas. BWI airport is a common pickup point for groups, and we provide meet-and-greet service. In Bethesda and Rockville, biotech firms use our sprinters for employee shuttles. Fall foliage trips to Western Maryland are popular, and we adjust routes for leaf-peeping season. For large conventions, our motor coaches can shuttle attendees between hotels and the Baltimore Convention Center.

Group Rides in Virginia

Airports Dulles (IAD), Reagan National (DCA), Richmond (RIC), Norfolk (ORF), Charlottesville (CHO)

Virginia group trips often combine business in the Tysons corridor with leisure in wine country. I-66, I-95 and the Capital Beltway are key routes, and we time shuttles to avoid rush hour around Arlington and Alexandria. Dulles (IAD) and Reagan National (DCA) serve group arrivals, and we offer meet-and-greet for large parties. Wedding shuttles are common in Loudoun County's vineyards and historic estates. In Richmond, corporate events at the Greater Richmond Convention Center use our mini buses. For outdoor adventures, groups head to Shenandoah National Park along Skyline Drive, where we use smaller vehicles for winding roads. Our team knows the state's toll roads and HOV rules to keep your itinerary efficient.

Group Rides in Texas

Airports DFW, Love Field (DAL), Houston IAH, Hobby (HOU), Austin (AUS), San Antonio (SAT), El Paso (ELP)

Group transportation in Texas means covering vast distances between Houston, Dallas, Austin and San Antonio. I-35 and I-10 are major corridors, and we plan for urban congestion in each metro. In Houston, corporate shuttles connect the Energy Corridor with downtown, while Dallas groups use our coaches for events at AT&T Stadium and the American Airlines Center. Austin's festivals, like SXSW and ACL, require advance planning for drop-offs and pickups. Wine tours in Hill Country often use our sprinter limos. For airport transfers, we serve IAH, Hobby, DFW, Love Field and Austin-Bergstrom with flight tracking. Summer heat means we ensure vehicles are cooled before boarding. Our team is experienced with Texas-sized group logistics.

FAQs

Group Transportation FAQs

How much does group transportation cost?

Pricing depends on the vehicle class, the number of hours, the date and the distance. Larger vehicles like motor coaches cost more per hour than sprinters, and peak weekends in spring and fall carry higher rates. Send your itinerary and group size for an all-inclusive quote, usually within 15 minutes.

How far in advance should I book a group shuttle or coach?

Weddings, proms and large conventions should be booked 4 to 8 weeks ahead, especially for party buses and coaches. Same-day service is often possible when vehicles are available, so call to check.

Is there a minimum number of hours for large-group bookings?

Most group vehicles have a minimum of 3 to 4 hours, depending on the vehicle and day. Point-to-point transfers may be quoted as a flat rate. We build the schedule from your timeline and show you the hours before you book.

Can we bring alcohol on board?

Guests 21 and older may bring their own beverages in limousines and party buses where state law allows, and we provide ice and glassware. Alcohol is never permitted for underage passengers, including prom and school groups.

What happens if our flight is delayed?

We track all flights and adjust pickup times automatically. For domestic arrivals, we include 60 minutes of free wait time. For international arrivals, we allow 90 minutes. Your chauffeur will be waiting at the designated meet-and-greet area.

Which vehicle is best for my group?

For 10 to 15 passengers, the Mercedes Sprinter Van offers comfort and luggage space. For 18 to 30, the Mini Bus is ideal for weddings and corporate events. Larger groups up to 56 should choose the Charter Bus. We can also combine vehicles for flexibility.

Can you handle multiple pickups and drop-offs?

Yes, we can coordinate multiple stops within one reservation. Provide your list of addresses and times, and we will build a route that keeps your group on schedule. Additional stops may affect the quote, so include them upfront.

Do you provide group transportation in all six states?

Yes, we provide this service in New York, New Jersey, Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia and Texas. Our teams are based in each region, so you get local knowledge and consistent service across state lines.
