Executive sedan service across six states
When the meeting matters, the ride matters. AA Limousine provides chauffeured sedan service for travelers who would rather arrive composed than hurried: a polished black sedan waiting at the curb, a professional chauffeur holding the door, and a route already planned around traffic and your flight time. A luxury sedan to a board meeting in Manhattan, an airport sedan to Dulles at five in the morning, or a quiet point-to-point transfer between Dallas and Fort Worth all run to the same standard.
Clients across six states know us by many names: AA Limo, A&A Limousine, A&A Limo, or simply "the car company that is never late." The promise behind the name does not change: late-model vehicles, vetted chauffeurs, flat and transparent rates, and a dispatch desk that answers the phone at 3 a.m. as readily as at 3 p.m.
Our corporate sedan service supports law firms, financial institutions, government contractors, consulting groups, hospitality partners and private clients who move constantly between cities. Our executive sedan service handles everything from a single airport run to a full multi-day roadshow. And because A&A Limousine Service also operates SUVs, Sprinter vans, stretch limousines and motor coaches, a single account covers one passenger or two hundred.
Book a sedan in under two minutes online, or call dispatch and speak to a live coordinator: no app queue, no surge pricing, no guessing who is picking you up.
The sedan fleet: Mercedes-Benz S-Class and Lincoln Continental
A sedan service is only as good as the car it sends. Our luxury sedan fleet is built around two vehicles chosen specifically for executive travel.
Mercedes-Benz S-Class. The S-Class is the benchmark for chauffeured travel worldwide, and it is the car we send when the ride itself is part of the impression. Deep rear legroom, heated and ventilated leather seating, four-zone climate control, a cabin engineered to stay quiet at highway speed, and a suspension that smooths out the worst stretches of the Cross Bronx or I-95. Clients taking calls between appointments tell us the S-Class is the only vehicle in which they can hold a conference call without apologizing for road noise.
Lincoln Continental. The Continental is the understated choice: generous rear seating, a genuinely quiet cabin, a trunk that swallows full-size luggage without a struggle, and the kind of smooth, unhurried ride that suits long transfers between cities. For corporate accounts running high ride volumes, the Continental delivers very close to S-Class comfort at a more predictable rate, which is why it remains the backbone of our daily black sedan service.
| Mercedes-Benz S-Class | Lincoln Continental | |
|---|---|---|
| Passengers | Up to 3 | Up to 3 |
| Luggage | 2–3 large suitcases + carry-ons | 2–3 large suitcases + carry-ons |
| Cabin | Heated and ventilated leather, four-zone climate | Generous rear seating, very quiet cabin |
| Best for | VIP and client transfers, first impressions | High-volume corporate rides, long transfers |
Every sedan in the AA Limo fleet is a late-model vehicle, detailed before each assignment, and stocked with complimentary bottled water, phone charging cables for both connector types, and in-car Wi-Fi on request. Child safety seats are available with advance notice at no charge.
Need more room? A&A Transportation also runs executive SUVs, Sprinter vans, stretch limousines, mini buses and full-size motor coaches, so a party that outgrows a sedan does not have to change vendors. One call to A&A Limousine & Bus Service covers the whole group. Not sure which size you need? Our guide to sedan vs SUV vs Sprinter walks through it.
Airport sedan service
Airport transfers are the majority of what we do, and they are the rides with the least room for error. Our airport sedan service is built around three things: we watch your flight, we wait for you, and we tell you exactly who is coming.
- Flight tracking. Dispatch monitors your inbound flight in real time. If you land ninety minutes early or three hours late, your chauffeur's arrival time moves with it. You are never charged for a delay the airline caused.
- Meet-and-greet or curbside. Choose a meet-and-greet inside baggage claim, where your chauffeur waits with a name sign and helps with luggage, or a curbside pickup at the designated zone if you travel light and want to move fast. Either way, you receive your chauffeur's name, photo, mobile number and vehicle details by text before you land.
- Complimentary wait time. 60 minutes of free wait time on domestic arrivals, enough for baggage claim and the walk out.
- Departures with a buffer. For outbound trips we work backward from your check-in deadline using live traffic patterns for that day and hour, not a generic estimate. Your chauffeur arrives 15 minutes before the scheduled time.

For terminal-by-terminal tips, see our JFK and LaGuardia pickup guide.
Corporate and business sedan service
Companies do not hire a car service for one ride. They hire it because someone has to stop worrying about transportation altogether. That is what our corporate sedan service is designed to take off your plate.
- Dedicated account management. Every corporate client gets a named account coordinator who learns your preferences: the executives who want the S-Class, the ones who prefer the Continental, who needs a quiet car, which assistant books on whose behalf, and which cost center each ride belongs to.
- Centralized billing. One consolidated monthly invoice instead of a pile of individual receipts. We tag rides by department, employee, client matter or project code, so your finance team can reconcile without chasing anyone. Direct billing, corporate cards and purchase orders are all supported.
- Roadshows and multi-stop days. For investor roadshows, due-diligence tours, site visits and client pitches, we assign a dedicated chauffeur and vehicle for the full day. The car stays with your team between stops, luggage and materials stay secured in the trunk, and the chauffeur knows the itinerary before the day starts.
- Client and VIP transportation. When you fly a client in, the ride from the terminal to your office is the first thing they experience of your company. A chauffeur in a dark suit beside a clean S-Class says something a rideshare pulling up to departures cannot.
- Group coverage without a second vendor. When a corporate program outgrows sedans, such as a conference shuttle, a staff offsite or a board retreat, A&A Transport scales into SUVs, vans and buses under the same contract and the same invoice.
- Confidentiality as standard. Chauffeurs assigned to executive accounts sign non-disclosure agreements. Conversations in the back seat stay in the back seat, and the partition stays up when you want it up.

Point-to-point and hourly sedan service
Not every trip starts at an airport. A large share of our work is point-to-point luxury transportation: one address to another, booked at a flat rate agreed before the car moves.
Point-to-point transfers. Midtown to Greenwich. Bethesda to Capitol Hill. Alexandria to Dulles. Downtown Dallas to Fort Worth. Hoboken to a dinner reservation in Tribeca. You get a quoted price that includes the vehicle, the chauffeur, tolls, fuel, parking and gratuity, and it does not change because it started raining or because you booked at 5 p.m. on a Friday.
Hourly and as-directed service. When the day has more than two stops, or the schedule is still moving, hourly service is the better instrument. The sedan and chauffeur are yours for a minimum block, typically three hours, and you direct the day as it unfolds. This is how clients handle property tours, legal depositions across multiple offices, medical appointment days, shopping afternoons, and evenings with dinner, a show and a late return home.
Intercity and long-distance runs. We regularly handle New York to Philadelphia, DC to Baltimore and Annapolis, Richmond to Northern Virginia, Dallas to Austin and Houston to Galveston as single chauffeured transfers. For many travelers a door-to-door luxury sedan beats a short flight once you count security lines, parking and the taxi at each end, and you can work the entire way. See New York to DC by private car for a worked example.
Evenings and special occasions. Anniversaries, proposals, graduations, concerts, fine dining and nights out all suit a sedan better than a limousine when the party is two. For weddings, the couple's getaway car is often an S-Class while A&A Limousine & Bus Service moves the guest list in coaches.
Twenty-four hours, seven days. Red-eye arrivals, 4 a.m. departures, holiday travel and last-minute changes are normal volume for us. Dispatch is staffed around the clock, and A&A Limo Service reservations can be made by phone, email or online at any hour.

Our chauffeurs
The difference between a car service and a luxury sedan service is almost entirely the person driving. Ours are professional chauffeurs, employed and trained, not gig drivers who signed up last week.
Every chauffeur at A&A Limousine completes a national criminal background check, a motor vehicle record review, DOT-standard drug and alcohol screening, and ongoing defensive driving certification. They hold the commercial and livery licensing each state requires, and they re-certify on schedule.
Beyond the credentials, they are trained on the parts clients actually notice: arriving early rather than on time, opening the door, loading luggage without being asked, offering water and a charger, adjusting the climate before anyone has to mention it, reading whether you want conversation or silence, and knowing the alternate route when the Beltway stops moving.
Dress code is business professional, with a dark suit, pressed shirt and tie, on every executive assignment. Our vehicles carry livery insurance well above state minimums, and every vehicle is inspected and maintained on a documented preventive schedule, not just when something breaks. Booking and pricing
Reserving a sedan with AA Limousine takes about two minutes.
- Request a quote. Enter your pickup, destination, date, time and passenger count online, or call dispatch directly. Airport runs quote as flat rates; open-ended days quote hourly.
- Choose your vehicle. Mercedes-Benz S-Class, Lincoln Continental, or a larger vehicle if the group has grown. Add a child seat, extra luggage space or a specific chauffeur request at this step.
- Confirm. You receive written confirmation with the full itinerary and the total price. Corporate accounts can confirm by email or through a standing profile.
- Get your chauffeur details. Before pickup you receive your chauffeur's name, photo, mobile number and vehicle information by text, plus live tracking on the day.
What the price includes
Our quotes are all-in. The number you are given covers the vehicle, the chauffeur, fuel, tolls, standard parking, airport fees and gratuity. There is no surge multiplier, no peak-hour adjustment and no separate booking fee added at the end.
The only charges that can appear afterward are ones you create: wait time beyond the complimentary window, stops added mid-trip, or an extension of an hourly booking. Each of those is quoted at a published rate you can see before you agree to it.
Cancellations
Sedan reservations cancel free of charge up to four hours before pickup for local transfers and 24 hours before for long-distance or multi-vehicle bookings. Flight cancellations by the airline are never charged. Corporate accounts can negotiate terms that fit their travel policy. Your written confirmation also lists the terms for your trip.

Sedan service vs rideshare
| AA Limousine sedan service | Rideshare app | |
|---|---|---|
| Vehicle | Mercedes-Benz S-Class or Lincoln Continental, known in advance | Whatever accepts the ping |
| Chauffeur | Background-checked, suited, trained, often the same person each trip | Unknown until arrival |
| Pricing | Flat quote, all-inclusive, no surge | Dynamic, changes by the minute |
| Airport pickup | Flight tracked, meet-and-greet, free wait time | You wait, the meter may run |
| Reservations | Booked weeks ahead, confirmed in writing | Availability at the moment you tap |
| Billing | Consolidated corporate invoicing with cost codes | Individual receipts to expense |
| Accountability | Named company, live dispatch, direct phone line | App support queue |
Rideshare is fine for a short trip across town. For a 5 a.m. flight, a client you cannot keep waiting, or a day with six stops and no margin for error, a reserved black car sedan service is the difference between a schedule that holds and one that does not.
