Golf Outings
Golf outing transportation that gets your foursome to the first tee on time, with clubs and bags handled and a set return pickup.
Updated
We reply with an all-inclusive price, usually within 15 minutes.
Our golf outing transportation is built for foursomes, charity tournament teams and corporate outing groups who need to reach the clubhouse together, with clubs and bags loaded and a return pickup already scheduled. We plan the pickup around your tee time, allow for the drive and the bag drop, and keep the vehicle with you or return at a set time for the ride home.
We run golf outings across New York, New Jersey, Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia and Texas, using luxury SUVs for foursomes with clubs, Mercedes Sprinter Vans for larger teams and mini buses for charity tournaments and corporate groups. A&A Limousine handles the logistics so you can focus on your round. For outings that run into an evening dinner, pair the ride with our hourly limo service to keep the vehicle on standby.

Planning
Count the foursomes first, then count the golf bags, because a full set with a travel cover takes up more room than a passenger. Most outings book one vehicle per group of four to fourteen, and a shuttle for the field; the rows below show how our regulars match vehicles to the trip. Compare every option on our fleet page.
| Who is riding | Recommended vehicles | Why it works |
|---|---|---|
| One foursome, clubs included | Luxury SUV | Seven seats and 4–8 bags swallow four golf bags without a trailer. |
| Two foursomes traveling together | Mercedes Sprinter Van | Forward-facing captain's chairs, Wi-Fi and luggage space for eight players and their bags. |
| Small committee or sponsors' group | Luxury Sedan | Quiet cabin for three, easy for a quick airport-to-course transfer on tournament morning. |
| Outing of 10 to 18 players | Sprinter Limo or SUV Stretch Limo | Perimeter seating keeps the group talking, and the bar area works for the ride home. |
| Charity tournament field of 20 to 40 | Party Bus or two Mini Buses | One vehicle per wave of players, timed to the shotgun start rather than a single departure. |
| Full field of 40 to 56 plus volunteers | Charter Bus | Reclining seats, restroom and under-floor luggage bays for clubs on a long highway run. |
Pricing
Golf outing transportation is priced either as a flat transfer to the course or by the hour when you want the vehicle to stay for the round and dinner. Every quote is all-inclusive, with gratuity, tolls and fees explained upfront, and you receive it usually within 15 minutes.
| Vehicle | Passengers | Minimum | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Luxury SUV | Up to 7 | 3 hours | Quote in 15 minutes |
| Mercedes Sprinter Van | 10 to 15 | 3 hours | Quote in 15 minutes |
| Mini Bus | 18 to 30 | 3 hours | Quote in 15 minutes |
| Luxury Sedan | Up to 3 | 3 hours | Quote in 15 minutes |
Included in every quote: chauffeur gratuity, tolls, fuel and parking. Peak weekend mornings in spring and summer, tournament dates and longer distances from the city to the course raise the price; waiting time and multiple pickups also affect the total.
Send your date and venues. We reply with an all-inclusive quote, usually within 15 minutes.
Sample schedule
This illustrative run sheet is for a 9 am shotgun start at a course 50 minutes from the host hotel, with a dinner and prize presentation that evening. Your planner builds yours from your tee times, the drive and the club's bag-drop rules.
Times are an example only; your planner builds your schedule from your tee times, the course's bag-drop arrangements and the distance from your hotel.
How it works
Beyond the big day
Most golf groups book more than the ride to the first tee. Put the whole weekend on one reservation and the same point of contact keeps every vehicle on schedule.
Players flying in for the tournament land at JFK, Newark, Dulles, BWI, DFW, IAH or Austin-Bergstrom; meet-and-greet pickups with flight tracking and 60 minutes of free wait time on domestic arrivals. See airport transportation.
Groups playing three courses in three days need a vehicle on standby between rounds, not a single transfer. An hourly limo service keeps the chauffeur with you from the first tee time to the last dinner.
A foursome of clients is a business meeting with clubs. Our corporate limo service handles executive pickups, roadshow schedules and monthly billing for companies that host outings all season.
A New York foursome playing in the Pinehurst area, or a Dallas group driving to Hill Country courses, can book a city to city car service instead of flying and renting.
Steakhouse dinners, prize banquets and bar tours after the tournament run on the same reservation, so nobody draws the short straw as designated driver. See night out limo service.
Non-playing spouses and family can take a separate vehicle to a nearby wine tour or city sightseeing while the field is out on the course.
Locations
Golf outing transportation in New York usually means getting a foursome or a full tournament field out of the city and up to the course on time. From Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens the routes run north on the Hutchinson River Parkway and the Saw Mill to Westchester and Putnam County clubs, or east on the Long Island Expressway to Long Island courses in Nassau and Suffolk. Weekend morning tee times collide with beach and summer traffic, so we build in extra time and have the chauffeur arrive 15 minutes early for loading. Upstate destinations in the Hudson Valley and the Catskills need a longer block, often with an hourly vehicle. Groups flying in land at JFK or LaGuardia, and we track those flights so a delayed bag does not cost the first tee time.
New Jersey is dense with courses, from private clubs in the Somerset and Morris County hills to public layouts along the Shore and in the Pine Barrens. The Garden State Parkway and Interstates 78 and 287 carry most outing traffic, and summer Friday afternoons toward the Shore are the slowest window of the week. For tournaments in North Jersey we often stage a mini bus at a central hotel and run one loop to the club, which keeps the parking lot clear and the foursomes together. Newark Liberty (EWR) is the usual arrival point for out-of-state players, and we schedule pickups around flight tracking. Fall is peak outing season here, so September and October Saturdays book first.
Inside the District, the course is usually a short ride but the logistics are not: security zones, one-way streets and event-day closures around the National Mall and Capitol Hill. We plan pickup points that a stretch vehicle or coach can actually reach, then route out to Maryland and Virginia clubs via the George Washington Memorial Parkway, Canal Road or Interstate 66. Reagan National (DCA) and Union Station are the common arrivals for visiting groups, and a chauffeur can hold at either while the bags come off. Spring and fall are the busiest months for charity outings, and cherry blossom weekends in April add real time to any crossing of the Potomac.
Maryland outings spread from Baltimore County and the Eastern Shore to the rolling courses of Montgomery, Howard and Frederick counties. Interstates 95, 70 and 270 and the Baltimore Beltway are the main arteries, and a Saturday morning tee time in Frederick County means leaving the Baltimore or DC suburbs well before dawn traffic builds. BWI is the airport most visiting groups use, and we meet arriving flights with a chauffeur inside the terminal. Annapolis and the Shore courses add bridge time over the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, which can back up badly on summer weekends, so we plan departures around it. Fall foliage season is the busiest stretch for corporate and charity tournaments across the state.
Virginia golf runs from the Tidewater and Hampton Roads courses east to the Blue Ridge and Shenandoah Valley layouts west, with the densest cluster in the Northern Virginia suburbs. Interstate 66, the Dulles Toll Road and the Capital Beltway carry most outing traffic, and the Tysons corridor is slowest on weekday afternoons. Dulles (IAD) and Reagan National (DCA) serve visiting groups, and we track flights so a foursome landing late still makes its tee time. Spring and fall are the peak seasons, and courses in Loudoun and Fauquier counties pair well with an hourly vehicle that waits through the round. A&A Limousine runs these trips with one point of contact for the whole group.
Texas outings stretch across a very large map, from the Hill Country courses west of Austin and San Antonio to the layouts around Houston, Dallas and Fort Worth. Interstates 35, 45, 10 and 20 cover the long legs, and summer heat pushes tee times to early morning, so pickups often start before sunrise. A trip from Dallas to a Fort Worth club or from Houston out to the Hill Country can run well past an hour, which makes an hourly vehicle with a waiting chauffeur the practical choice. Groups fly into DFW, Love Field, IAH, Hobby or Austin-Bergstrom, and flight tracking keeps the schedule honest. Spring bluebonnet season and fall are the busiest windows for charity tournaments.

Why us
One company covers New York, New Jersey, Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia and Texas, so a tournament series or a traveling foursome keeps the same standard and one point of contact.
A sedan for a foursome, an SUV for clubs and bags, a Sprinter for a dozen players or a coach for a full field, all from the same fleet.
Send the course address, date and group size and an all-inclusive quote usually comes back within 15 minutes, with gratuity, tolls and fees explained upfront.
Reservations and dispatch are staffed around the clock, so an early tee time, a weather delay or a changed flight still reaches a person.
FAQs
Pricing depends on the vehicle class, the number of hours or the point-to-point distance, the date and how many passengers you are moving. A sedan for four players on a single transfer prices differently from a Sprinter waiting through an 18-hole round or a coach running a tournament shuttle. Send your course, date, group size and schedule and we will return an all-inclusive quote, usually within 15 minutes, with gratuity, tolls and fees explained upfront.
For a single foursome transfer, 24 hours is usually enough and same-day is often possible when vehicles are available. Charity tournaments and corporate outings that need several vehicles or a shuttle loop should be booked four to eight weeks ahead, especially on spring and fall Saturdays.
Both. A one-way transfer from home or hotel to the course is a point-to-point booking, priced for the distance. If you want the chauffeur to wait through the round and take the group to dinner afterward, book an hourly vehicle and we will show the hours before you confirm. Multi-vehicle tournament shuttles are quoted as a schedule with one point of contact.
Guests 21 and older may bring their own beverages in limousines and party buses where state law allows. Alcohol is never permitted for underage passengers, and student or junior golf groups travel dry.
Tell your chauffeur or dispatch when play slows, and we adjust the pickup time where the schedule allows. For hourly bookings, extra time is billed at the quoted hourly rate and confirmed with you before it is added. Lightning holds and rain delays are common in Texas and the Southeast, so build a buffer into the return leg.
A Luxury SUV carries up to 7 passengers and 4 to 8 bags, which suits four players and their clubs comfortably. For two or three players traveling light, a Luxury Sedan handles up to 3 passengers and 2 to 3 suitcases. Larger groups moving to a tournament usually step up to a Mercedes Sprinter Van for 10 to 15 passengers with luggage space.
Yes. We run shuttle loops with a Mini Bus for 18 to 30 passengers or a Charter Bus up to 56, on a set schedule with one point of contact. Several vehicles can run under one reservation, so the morning wave and the afternoon wave stay separate and the club parking lot stays clear.
