Wine Tours
A private wine tour limo service that handles the driving, the route and the timing so your group can taste without watching the clock.

We reply with an all-inclusive price, usually within 15 minutes.
Our wine tour limo service is built for groups who want a day in the vineyards without assigning a driver. We plan the route around your tasting reservations, keep the vehicle with you between stops and handle the parking at each winery. A&A Limousine provides the vehicle and chauffeur for the full day, so you can focus on the wine list rather than the road.
We run wine tours across New York, New Jersey, Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia and Texas, from the Hudson Valley and the North Fork to Virginia wine country and the Texas Hill Country. Groups typically book a Sprinter Limo for standing headroom and a bar area, a Stretch Limousine for smaller parties, or a Party Bus when the group is larger and the day runs into the evening. Pair your tour with our Hourly Limo Service if you want the vehicle on standby between wineries.

Planning
Wine tours split into small groups that want a quiet ride between tasting rooms and larger parties that treat the day as a celebration. The rows below match the combinations our planners book most often for a wine tour limo service; compare every option on the fleet page.
| Who is riding | Recommended vehicles | Why it works |
|---|---|---|
| Two to three tasters, one winery loop | Luxury Sedan | Quiet cabin and easy parking at small tasting rooms on back roads. |
| Four to seven, a family or two couples | Luxury SUV | Room for six or seven plus wine purchases in the back on the ride home. |
| Eight to ten, a birthday or bachelorette group | Stretch Limousine | Wraparound seating keeps the group together and the bar area stocked for the day. |
| Ten to fourteen, a tasting day with several stops | Sprinter Limo | Standing headroom and perimeter seating make short hops between vineyards comfortable. |
| Twelve to eighteen, a bachelorette or friends' trip | SUV Stretch Limo | LED ceilings and high-end audio suit a group that wants the ride to be part of the day. |
| Eighteen to forty, a company outing or club tour | Party Bus or Mini Bus | Party bus for a celebration, mini bus when the group wants reclining seats and luggage space. |

Sample schedule
This illustrative schedule follows a small group from Arlington through Loudoun County and back, with three tasting stops and a dinner reservation. Every tour is different, but this is how our planners build a run sheet: confirm tasting times first, then add driving time and a buffer at each stop.
Times are an example only; your planner builds your schedule from your tasting reservations, the distance between vineyards and the season.
How it works
Beyond the big day
Many groups book a tasting day as one part of a longer weekend or a company outing. Put the whole plan on one reservation and the same planner keeps every ride on the schedule.
Groups that want to mix stops can pair a vineyard with a brewery or distillery on the same run. See our brewery tour limo service for routes built around taprooms and tasting flights.
A Friday tasting day for out-of-town guests, then shuttles on the wedding day itself. Our wedding shuttle service covers the guest loops between hotel and venue.
A tasting day works as a client outing or team reward in Virginia, the Hudson Valley or Hill Country. Book it alongside corporate event transportation for the rest of the conference.
Guests flying in for a tasting weekend can be met at Dulles, JFK, Newark, Austin-Bergstrom or Houston with flight tracking and a free 60-minute wait. See airport transportation.
Groups staying in DC or New York often add a monument tour or a city loop on a second day. Our city tour limo service covers the landmarks between tastings.
After the last pour, the same vehicle can continue to a dinner reservation or a bar tour. See night out limo service for evening routes.
Locations
New York wine touring splits into two directions from the city. North, the Hudson Valley's Shawangunk Wine Trail and the river towns along Route 9W and the Taconic Parkway draw most weekend trips, with tasting rooms often set back on gravel farm roads that a stretch vehicle handles better in daylight. East, the North Fork of Long Island packs dozens of tasting rooms along Route 25 and Sound Avenue, where summer and fall Saturdays back up badly and a chauffeur who knows the side roads saves an hour. Fall foliage weekends in October are the busiest; book a wine tour limo service early for those dates. We pick up across the state, including at JFK and LaGuardia for out-of-town groups.
New Jersey's wine country sits mostly in the south and west: the Outer Coastal Plain around Cape May and Cumberland counties, and the rolling Warren, Hunterdon and Sussex hills along Interstate 78 and Route 31. Shore traffic on the Garden State Parkway on summer Saturdays is the main scheduling risk, so an early first tasting beats a late one. Many properties are small, family-run rooms with set tasting times, which suits a Sprinter Limo carrying a group on one reservation. A&A Limousine also handles pickup from Newark Liberty (EWR) for visitors flying in for a weekend of tastings.
The District is not wine country itself, but it is the start and end point for most Virginia and Maryland tours. Groups leaving from Capitol Hill, Georgetown or a downtown hotel cross the Potomac on the Theodore Roosevelt Bridge or head west on Interstate 66, and Friday afternoon traffic out of the city decides whether you make a 4 pm tasting. We build the pickup time backwards from your first reservation and hold the car for the day. AA Limo also runs DC monument tours for groups who want sightseeing alongside the vineyards.
Maryland's wineries spread across four recognized trails, from the Antietam Highlands near the Blue Ridge in the west to the Patuxent and Piedmont trails closer to Baltimore and Montgomery County. Route 15, Interstate 70 and Interstate 270 carry most tour routes, and the two-lane roads near Frederick and Westminster reward a driver who knows where the farm entrances are. Autumn harvest weekends in September and October fill fastest. Groups flying in use BWI, and A&A Limousine Service can pair an airport transfer with a tasting day on the same reservation.
Virginia is the largest wine state in this group, with more than 300 wineries split between Northern Virginia along Route 66 and the Loudoun County back roads, Charlottesville and the Monticello Wine Trail, the Shenandoah Valley and the Blue Ridge foothills further south. Distances between tasting rooms are real: a Charlottesville loop from DC is a full day with two hours of driving each way. Spring bud break and October harvest are peak, and weekday tours get more attention in the tasting room. For a Virginia wine tour limo service, we plan routes by drive time, not by map distance.
Texas Hill Country around Fredericksburg, Johnson City and Blanco holds most of the state's tasting rooms, reached from Austin on Route 290 and from San Antonio on Route 281. Distances are long and cell service is patchy on the back roads, so a chauffeur who knows the route matters more here than anywhere else on this list. Spring wildflowers in April and fall crush are the busiest windows; summer afternoons push past 100 degrees, so we front-load outdoor stops. AA Transportation picks up from Austin-Bergstrom, DFW and San Antonio, and the larger vehicles suit groups touring together.

Why us
One company covers New York, New Jersey, DC, Maryland, Virginia and Texas, so a wine weekend that crosses state lines stays on one reservation with one point of contact.
A 3-passenger sedan for two, a Sprinter Limo with a bar for eight, or a 56-passenger coach for a large tasting group, all from the same fleet.
Send your date, group size and the wineries you want, and an all-inclusive quote with gratuity, tolls and fees explained usually comes back within 15 minutes.
Reservations and dispatch are staffed around the clock, so a last tasting running long or a changed pickup point still reaches a person.
FAQs
Pricing depends on the vehicle class, the number of hours and the distance between wineries, since Hill Country and Virginia routes involve real driving time. Most tours book by the hour with a minimum. Send your date, group size and planned stops and we will return an all-inclusive quote, usually within 15 minutes, with gratuity, tolls and fees explained upfront.
Book three to four weeks ahead for spring and fall weekends, and earlier for October harvest Saturdays in Virginia, the Hudson Valley and Hill Country, when the good vehicles go first. Weekday tours can often be arranged with a week's notice, and same-day is sometimes possible when vehicles are available.
Plan four to six hours for a three-winery loop close to your starting city, and a full eight to ten hours for Charlottesville from DC or Fredericksburg from Austin, where the drive itself is two hours each way. We build the schedule around your tasting reservations and show you the hours before you book.
Guests 21 and older may bring their own beverages in our limousines and party vehicles where state law allows, and we provide ice and glassware. Alcohol is never permitted for underage passengers, and open containers in a chauffeured vehicle are subject to the rules of the state you are driving through.
Tell your chauffeur at the start of the day and they will adjust the route where the schedule allows. Extra time is billed by the hour at the rate quoted when you book, and your chauffeur confirms any change with dispatch before it is added, so there is no surprise on the final bill.
Two or three people are comfortable in a Luxury SUV, while a group of eight to ten usually prefers a Sprinter Limo for its perimeter seating, headroom and bar area. Larger groups of 18 or more fit a Mini Bus or Party Bus. Tell the reservation team about any special requests when you book.
Yes. Most tours build in a lunch stop at a winery kitchen or a town along the route, and we can hold time for photos at overlooks such as the Blue Ridge gaps or a Hill Country ranch gate. Give the reservation team your preferred stops and they will fit them into the hourly schedule.
Yes. We run wine tour limo service in New York, New Jersey, Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia and Texas, including long-distance trips between them. Pickups can start at your home, hotel or an airport such as JFK, Dulles, BWI or Austin-Bergstrom, and several vehicles can run under one reservation.
