SUV Service

Executive & Luxury SUV Service

Chauffeured SUV service across New York, New Jersey, DC, Maryland, Virginia and Texas in a Cadillac Escalade, Chevrolet Suburban or Lincoln Navigator, sized for real luggage, with flat rates quoted before the car moves.

  • 6–7passengers + chauffeur
  • 4–8large suitcases
  • 3 modelsEscalade · Suburban · Navigator
  • 24/7dispatch & reservations
  • Escalade, Suburban or Navigator
  • Leather seating
  • Privacy glass
  • Room for 4–8 bags

All-inclusive quotes, usually within 15 minutes. Reservations 24/7.

Cadillac Escalade

The flagship and the SUV clients request by name: hand-stitched leather, a near-silent cabin, four-zone climate and rear-seat power recline. Up to 6 passengers, 4–5 large cases.

Chevrolet Suburban

The workhorse and our most-used vehicle. The longest of the three, so it carries a full load of passengers and luggage at once. Up to 7 passengers, 6–8 large cases.

Lincoln Navigator

Arguably the best rear cabin of the three: genuinely quiet, generous legroom, made for working or resting on long transfers. Up to 6 passengers, 4–5 large cases.

Executive SUV service across six states

Some trips need more than a sedan. Four colleagues and their roller bags. A family of six arriving at JFK after a transatlantic flight. A client who wants to sit up high and spread out between meetings. For all of it, AA Limousine runs a chauffeured SUV service built around full-size luxury SUVs, professional chauffeurs and flat rates quoted before the car moves.

Our luxury SUV service covers the ground that matters most to business and leisure travelers across six states: airport SUV service to and from every major terminal, point-to-point luxury transfers between cities, hourly as-directed days, and corporate SUV programs billed to a single monthly invoice.

Clients know us as AA Limo, A&A Limousine, A&A Limo and A & A Limousine Service. The name on the invoice varies; the standard does not. Every SUV we dispatch is a late-model Cadillac Escalade, Chevrolet Suburban or Lincoln Navigator, cleaned before each assignment and driven by a background-checked, suited chauffeur who arrives early rather than on time.

A black SUV service is the default choice for executive travel for a reason: it carries more people and more luggage than a sedan without giving up the comfort, the privacy or the arrival. You get the capacity of a van with the presence of a luxury car.

Book online in two minutes, or call dispatch 24 hours a day and speak to a live coordinator.

The SUV fleet: Cadillac Escalade, Chevrolet Suburban and Lincoln Navigator

There are three full-size SUVs that professional operators actually trust for chauffeured work, and we run all three.

Cadillac Escalade. The Escalade is the flagship of our executive SUV service and the vehicle clients request by name. Hand-stitched leather, a near-silent cabin, four-zone climate, rear-seat power recline, and a commanding ride height that makes it easy to get in and out of in a suit. Seats up to six passengers plus the chauffeur. When the ride is part of the impression, such as a visiting board member, a client you flew in or a wedding getaway, this is the car.

Chevrolet Suburban. The Suburban is the workhorse of luxury ground transportation and the most-used vehicle in our fleet. It is the longest of the three, which means it carries a full load of passengers and a full load of luggage at the same time rather than forcing a choice. Seats up to seven, takes six to eight large suitcases behind the third row, and handles long highway transfers without complaint. If you are landing with ski bags, golf clubs, camera gear or a week's worth of trade-show materials, ask for the Suburban.

Lincoln Navigator. The Navigator splits the difference and arguably has the best rear cabin of the three: genuinely quiet, generous legroom, and seating that suits a three-hour intercity run as well as a twenty-minute airport hop. A favorite for private SUV service where passengers want to work or rest rather than talk.

Every SUV in the A&A Limousine fleet is a late-model vehicle on a documented preventive-maintenance schedule, detailed before each assignment, and equipped with complimentary bottled water, charging cables for both connector types, in-car Wi-Fi on request, and child safety seats at no charge with advance notice. Privacy glass is standard on all three.

If the group outgrows an SUV, A&A Transportation scales into Sprinter vans, mini buses and full-size motor coaches on the same account, so a party of twenty does not mean finding a second vendor. For two or three travelers with light bags, our executive sedan service is the better fit.

Luggage math: sizing the vehicle before you book

The single most common failure in ground transportation is a vehicle that turned out to be slightly too small, discovered at the curb with a flight to catch. It is also the easiest thing to prevent, so here is how we size a vehicle.

Count bodies and bags separately. A full-size SUV that seats seven does not seat seven with seven suitcases: the third row and the cargo area compete for the same space. Every seat you fill in the back row costs you roughly two large cases.

PassengersLarge checked bagsVehicle we would send
1–3Up to 3Luxury sedan
3–4Up to 5Escalade or Navigator
4–55–6Suburban
6–74–5Suburban (third row in use)
6–77 or moreSuburban plus a sedan, or a Sprinter van

Oversized items change the math entirely. Golf bags, skis and snowboards, instrument cases, camera and production gear, trade-show pop-ups and oversized sample cases all take cargo room before a single suitcase goes in. Tell us what you are carrying and we will tell you honestly whether one vehicle covers it.

When the answer is no, we would rather add a second vehicle at the quote stage than leave a passenger standing at arrivals. A follow car on a planned booking costs a fraction of an emergency one dispatched at 6 a.m. Our guide to sedan vs SUV vs Sprinter goes deeper on group sizing.

Airport SUV service

Airport runs are where an SUV earns its keep. Four passengers with checked bags simply do not fit in a sedan, and nobody wants to discover that at the curb. Our airport SUV service is sized for real luggage and run on real-time flight data.

  • Flight tracking. Dispatch monitors your inbound flight. Land two hours late or forty minutes early and the pickup moves with you: no phone calls, no re-booking, no charge for an airline delay.
  • Meet-and-greet or curbside. Your chauffeur can meet you inside baggage claim with a name sign and help with bags, or wait at the designated pickup zone if you want to move fast. Either way you receive the chauffeur's name, photo, mobile number and vehicle details by text before you land, plus live tracking on the day.
  • Luggage capacity that holds up. An Escalade or Navigator comfortably takes four to six passengers with four to five large cases. A Suburban handles a full family or a project team with six to eight. Tell us the bag count at booking and we will assign the right vehicle rather than guessing.
  • Complimentary wait time. 60 minutes of free wait time on domestic arrivals.
  • Departures with a real buffer. For outbound trips we work backward from your check-in deadline using live traffic for that corridor at that hour; the Van Wyck at 6 a.m. is not the Van Wyck at 2 p.m. Your chauffeur arrives 15 minutes early as standard.

Private aviation is covered too. AA Limo Service meets clients at FBO terminals including Teterboro, Signature at Dulles, Atlantic Aviation at BWI, and the private terminals at Love Field and Hobby, with the SUV positioned planeside wherever the operator permits it. Cruise terminals in Manhattan, Cape Liberty, Baltimore, Norfolk and Galveston are regular work as well, and an SUV is usually the right call there given the luggage. For group arrivals, see how we handle group airport arrivals.

Corporate and business SUV service

A business SUV service solves a problem sedans cannot: moving a team together. Four people in one vehicle arrive at the same time, prepped from the same conversation, instead of trickling in from three separate cars.

  • Dedicated account management. Corporate clients get a named coordinator who learns the account: who prefers the Escalade, which executives need a quiet car, which assistants book on whose behalf, and which cost center each ride belongs to.
  • Consolidated billing. One monthly invoice instead of a drawer full of receipts, with rides tagged by department, employee, client matter or project code. Direct billing, corporate cards and purchase orders are all supported.
  • Roadshows and multi-stop days. For investor roadshows, due-diligence tours, site inspections and client pitch days, we assign a dedicated SUV and chauffeur for the full day. The vehicle stays with your team between stops, materials and luggage stay secured, and the chauffeur has the itinerary before the first pickup. Several cities in one week is routine.
  • Conference and event programs. Trade shows, annual meetings and incentive trips often need a rolling block of SUVs rather than one car. A&A Transport builds arrival and departure manifests, staffs an on-site coordinator when volume justifies it, and runs continuous shuttles alongside the executive vehicles.
  • Protective and discreet transport. For principals traveling with security, a black SUV in a Suburban or Escalade is the standard format: room for a detail, secured cargo space, privacy glass, and chauffeurs trained to work alongside protective teams, hold a position and keep to a route without improvising.
  • Confidentiality. Chauffeurs on executive accounts sign non-disclosure agreements. What is discussed in the second row stays there.

Clients who first called A and A Limo for one airport run often end up running an entire annual conference through A & A Limousine Service: one account, one invoice, sedans through motor coaches. Read how corporate accounts work.

Point-to-point, hourly and group SUV service

Not every job starts at a terminal. A large share of our SUV car service work never touches an airport at all.

Point-to-point transfers. Midtown to Greenwich. Tysons to Capitol Hill. Bethesda to Annapolis. Downtown Dallas to Fort Worth. Hoboken to a dinner reservation in Tribeca. One address to another at a flat quoted rate that covers the vehicle, chauffeur, tolls, fuel, parking and gratuity, and does not move because it started raining or because you booked at 5 p.m. on a Friday.

Hourly and as-directed. When the day has more than two stops or the schedule is still forming, book the SUV by the hour. The vehicle and chauffeur are yours for a minimum block, typically three hours, and you direct the day as it unfolds. This is how clients run property tours, depositions across multiple offices, campus visits, shopping afternoons, and evenings with dinner, a show and a late ride home with everyone in one car.

Intercity and long-distance. New York to Philadelphia, DC to Baltimore and Annapolis, Richmond to Northern Virginia, Dallas to Austin and Houston to Galveston are all regular single-vehicle transfers for us. For a group of four, a door-to-door luxury SUV often beats a short flight once you count security, parking and a taxi at each end, and the whole team can work the entire way. See New York to DC by private car.

SUV shuttle and multi-vehicle work. Need six SUVs staged outside a hotel at 7 a.m. for a leadership offsite, or a rolling SUV shuttle between a conference venue and three hotels? That is a dispatch problem, and dispatch is what we are good at. Vehicles are staged, chauffeurs are briefed, and one coordinator owns the manifest.

Weddings and special occasions. An Escalade carries the wedding party in one vehicle with room for dresses and gear, while A&A Limousine & Bus Service moves the guest list in coaches. Anniversaries, proposals, milestone birthdays, concerts and sporting events all work well in an SUV when the party is more than two.

Around the clock. Red-eye arrivals, 4 a.m. departures, holiday travel and last-minute changes are normal volume. Dispatch is staffed 24 hours a day, and A&A Limo Service reservations can be made by phone, email or online at any hour.

Where we operate

Searching "SUV car service near me" only helps if the company actually runs vehicles in your market. AA Limousine does, across six states, with local chauffeurs who know the corridors.

New York SUV service

Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Staten Island, Long Island, Westchester and the Hudson Valley. Our NYC SUV car service covers JFK, LaGuardia, Westchester County and Stewart, plus Penn Station, Grand Central and Moynihan Train Hall. Typical work: Midtown corporate accounts, SUV chauffeur service for executive teams, UN General Assembly week logistics, Hamptons weekends, and Catskills and Connecticut runs where luggage and ski gear make a sedan impractical. New York service area

New Jersey SUV service

Newark, Jersey City, Hoboken, Princeton, Edison, Paramus, Morristown, Cherry Hill and the Shore. Our Newark Airport SUV car service covers EWR in both directions, with Teterboro for private aviation and steady work to Atlantic City, Trenton, the Cape Liberty cruise terminal and across the river into Philadelphia. Accounts in the pharmaceutical and financial corridors make up a large share of our weekday New Jersey volume. New Jersey service area

Washington, DC SUV service

Capitol Hill, Georgetown, Foggy Bottom, Downtown, Navy Yard and the full DMV. Our DC SUV service covers Reagan National, Dulles and BWI, along with Union Station, the convention center, embassies and federal agencies. Delegations, government-relations teams and board-meeting days are core accounts: six appointments in one afternoon with the whole team in one vehicle. Washington DC service area

Maryland SUV service

Arlington, Alexandria, Tysons, McLean, Reston, Fairfax, Loudoun, Richmond, Charlottesville, Norfolk and Virginia Beach. Luxury SUV service to Dulles Airport is our single highest-volume route in the region, with heavy demand from defense contractors in Northern Virginia, state business in Richmond, and wine-country trips through Middleburg where a Suburban beats three sedans. Virginia service area

Texas SUV service

Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, Irving, Houston, The Woodlands, Sugar Land, Austin, Round Rock and San Antonio. DFW, Love Field, IAH, Hobby and Austin-Bergstrom are all covered. Black SUV service in Austin sees heavy demand during legislative sessions, SXSW, F1 weekend and conference season, while energy-sector accounts in Houston and tech accounts in Austin anchor our Texas corporate work. Our chauffeurs and safety standards

The difference between a car service and an SUV chauffeur service is almost entirely the person behind the wheel. Ours are professional chauffeurs, employed, trained and accountable, not gig drivers who signed up last week.

Every chauffeur at A&A Limousine clears a national criminal background check, a motor vehicle record review, DOT-standard screening and ongoing defensive-driving certification, and holds the commercial and livery licensing each state requires.

Full-size SUVs also handle differently from sedans: higher center of gravity, longer stopping distance, a wider turning radius, and more vehicle to place in a tight city loading zone. Our chauffeurs train specifically on large-vehicle handling, and that training is the reason a Suburban in heavy Beltway traffic feels like nothing is happening in the back seat.

What separates an SUV chauffeur from a sedan chauffeur is the last hundred feet. A Suburban does not fit everywhere an S-Class fits. Our chauffeurs know which Manhattan hotel entrances a full-size SUV can actually use, which DC garages have the clearance and which will scrape a roof rail, where the oversized-vehicle lanes are at EWR and DFW, and which suburban cul-de-sac needs a three-point turn planned before the car turns in. That knowledge is the reason a pickup takes four minutes instead of twenty.

Dress code is business professional on every executive assignment. Every vehicle carries livery insurance well above state minimums and runs on a documented preventive-maintenance schedule, with tires, brakes and safety systems inspected on a calendar, not after something fails. More in meet the A & A Limo chauffeurs.

All-weather, four-season SUV service

This is the part of the argument for an SUV that nobody thinks about in July and everybody thinks about in January.

The corridor we serve gets weather that strands people. Nor'easters across New York and New Jersey. Ice on the Beltway and the Baltimore–Washington Parkway. Snow that closes the Blue Ridge passes in Virginia. And in Texas, the rarer but more disruptive event: a hard freeze that takes out a city with almost no road treatment behind it.

Our full-size SUVs run all-wheel or four-wheel drive with seasonally appropriate tires, and they are the vehicles we hold back and prioritize when conditions turn. When a winter advisory lands, dispatch moves early-morning airport runs forward, reassigns sedan bookings on affected routes to SUVs at no upcharge where we can, and calls clients before they call us.

It is also why hospitals, data centers, broadcast crews and operations teams with shift coverage keep standing accounts with A&A Transport. On the mornings when a schedule has to hold regardless of the forecast, a chauffeured SUV with a professional behind the wheel is the version of ground transportation that still shows up.

Family, accessibility and comfort

SUVs are not only a business decision. A large share of our private SUV service work is families and older travelers, for reasons that have nothing to do with image.

Getting in and out. A sedan asks you to drop down into a low seat and climb back out of it. An SUV seat sits at roughly hip height, so you step across rather than lower yourself. For anyone with limited mobility, a recent surgery or simply years of wear on the knees, that difference is the whole trip. Our chauffeurs are trained to offer an arm, position the running board, and stow a folding walker or wheelchair without making a production of it.

Children. Child safety seats are provided free with advance notice, installed before pickup and matched to each child's age and weight. Strollers, pack-and-plays and diaper bags go in the cargo area rather than on somebody's lap. For a family landing at 11 p.m. with three tired kids, this is the difference between a transfer and an ordeal.

Space to be a group. Six people in one vehicle can actually talk to each other. Families spread out, teams finish a conversation on the way to the meeting, and nobody arrives having spent forty minutes alone in a separate car wondering where everyone else is.

Behind the dispatch desk

Most of what makes a booking work happens before you see the vehicle.

When your reservation is confirmed, it enters a dispatch board that a person watches around the clock. The night before, every assignment is reviewed against flight status, weather, construction, event closures and chauffeur availability. Anything that looks fragile gets a second look and, often, an earlier start time.

On the morning of, your chauffeur is dispatched with a buffer built in and confirms arrival at the pickup location before the scheduled time, not at it. If something goes wrong on the road, dispatch knows before you do, and a backup vehicle is assigned rather than discussed.

That is the real product. The Escalade is nice, but what you are actually buying from AA Limo is the fact that somebody is paying attention to your trip while you are asleep.

Booking and pricing

Reserving an SUV with AA Limousine takes about two minutes.

  1. Give us the headcount and the bag count. Both numbers, not just the first one. Online or by phone, this is the information that decides which vehicle leaves the yard.
  2. Pick the SUV, or let us pick it. Escalade, Suburban or Navigator: request a model, or tell us the trip and we will match it. Child seats, oversized cargo and additional vehicles are added here.
  3. Confirm in writing. The itinerary and the total price come back to you before anything is charged. Corporate accounts confirm by email or from a standing traveler profile.
  4. Meet your chauffeur. Name, photo, mobile number and vehicle details arrive by text ahead of pickup, with live tracking on the day.

What the price includes

Quotes are all-in. The number you are given covers the vehicle, the chauffeur, fuel, tolls, standard parking, airport fees and gratuity. No surge multiplier, no peak-hour adjustment, no booking fee bolted on at the end.

An SUV costs more than a sedan, with more vehicle, more fuel and more capacity, but for three or more passengers it is usually cheaper than sending two sedans, and it is always simpler. The only charges that can appear afterward are ones you create: wait time beyond the complimentary window, stops added mid-trip, or an extension of an hourly booking, each quoted at a published rate you see before agreeing to it.

Cancellations

SUV reservations cancel free of charge up to four hours before pickup for local transfers and 24 hours before for long-distance or multi-vehicle bookings. Airline-caused flight cancellations are never charged. Corporate accounts can negotiate terms that match their travel policy. Your written confirmation also lists the terms for your trip.

Three trips that should never be a sedan

The 5:40 a.m. team departure. Four colleagues, four roller bags, four laptop cases, one flight out of DFW. Two sedans means two pickups, two arrival times and a conversation that has to restart at the gate. One Suburban means the briefing happens on the way and everyone walks in together.

The family landing at JFK after eleven hours. Two adults, three children, five checked bags, two car seats, a stroller. There is no version of this that fits in a sedan, and there is no worse moment to discover it than at 11 p.m. on the arrivals level with a toddler asleep on your shoulder.

The client you flew in. A sedan is correct and forgettable. An Escalade at the curb with a chauffeur holding the door says you planned for them. It is the cheapest piece of hospitality in the entire visit, and it is the first thing that happens after they land.

Who rides with us

  • Executive teams traveling together, who need one vehicle and one arrival time rather than three cars and three ETAs.
  • Law firms moving attorneys, exhibits and document boxes between depositions, courthouses and client offices.
  • Financial and investor-relations teams running multi-city roadshows on a fixed clock.
  • Government agencies, contractors, embassies and protective details across the DMV with security and protocol requirements.
  • Event planners and hospitality partners staging arrivals for conferences, galas and incentive programs.
  • Families landing with car seats, strollers and a week of luggage, where a sedan was never going to work.
  • Wedding parties who need the group, the dresses and the gear in one vehicle.
  • Sports teams, production crews and touring groups with equipment cases that need real cargo room.
  • Leisure travelers heading to the Hamptons, the Shore, Annapolis, Middleburg wine country or Texas Hill Country.
  • Medical and senior travelers who find a higher seat easier to get in and out of than a low sedan.

Which vehicle do you need?

VehiclePassengersLarge bagsBest for

If you are between two options, book up. The most common complaint in ground transportation is a vehicle that was slightly too small, and it is a complaint that surfaces at the curb when there is no time to fix it.

SUV service vs rideshare

A rideshare app is fine for a short trip across town with one bag. For a 5 a.m. flight with four passengers, a client you cannot keep waiting, or a day with six stops and no margin, a reserved black SUV service is a different product: a known vehicle instead of whatever accepts the ping, a background-checked chauffeur in a suit instead of a stranger, a flat quote instead of surge pricing, a reservation made weeks ahead instead of availability at the moment you tap, consolidated corporate invoicing instead of a pile of receipts, and a live dispatch line instead of an app support queue. For a side-by-side, read AA Limousine vs Uber Black vs Blacklane.

Reserve your SUV

Tell us how many people, how many bags, and when, and we will send the right vehicle, the right chauffeur and a price that does not move. Book online at aalimousines.com for an instant quote, call dispatch any hour of any day, or email to open a corporate account. Single transfers, multi-vehicle programs and full group transportation are handled from the same desk.

AA Limousine carries executives, families, wedding parties, protective details and visiting delegations across New York, New Jersey, Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia and Texas. Whether you found us as A & A Limo, A & A Limousine, AA Limousine Service, A and A Limousine, A Limousine Service, A and A Transportation, A A Transportation, A and A Metro or A&A Bus, you have reached the same company and the same standard: Cadillac Escalade, Chevrolet Suburban, Lincoln Navigator, professional chauffeurs, flat rates, 24 hours a day.

Frequently asked questions

What is an SUV service?

An SUV service is pre-booked, chauffeur-driven transportation in a full-size luxury SUV, reserved in advance at a fixed rate. Unlike a taxi or rideshare, you know the vehicle, the chauffeur and the price before the trip starts, and the SUV is reserved exclusively for you.

How many passengers fit in your SUVs?

Up to six passengers in a Cadillac Escalade or Lincoln Navigator and up to seven in a Chevrolet Suburban, in each case plus the chauffeur. Passenger count and luggage count both matter, so tell us both at booking and we will assign the right vehicle.

How much luggage can an SUV take?

An Escalade or Navigator comfortably handles four to five large suitcases with a full passenger load. A Suburban takes six to eight thanks to the longer body behind the third row. If you are near the limit, we will either move you to a Suburban or add a second vehicle rather than let you find out at the curb.

Which SUV will I get?

Cadillac Escalade, Chevrolet Suburban or Lincoln Navigator. You can request a specific model at booking and we will confirm availability in writing.

What is the best SUV for black car service?

The industry answer is the Chevrolet Suburban for capacity and the Cadillac Escalade for presentation, with the Lincoln Navigator between them for ride quality. Bags and bodies point to the Suburban; arrivals and impressions point to the Escalade.

What SUV does the Secret Service use?

US protective details are widely reported to use heavily armored vehicles built on the Chevrolet Suburban platform. Our Suburbans are standard luxury livery vehicles, not armored. If your travel requires armored transport or a protective detail, tell us and we will coordinate with specialist providers.

How is this different from Uber Black SUV or a rideshare SUV?

Rideshare SUV tiers dispatch whatever qualifying vehicle is nearby, at a price that moves with demand. With AA Limousine the vehicle, the chauffeur and the rate are confirmed in advance, the chauffeur is a trained employee in business dress, and you can reserve weeks ahead for a 5 a.m. flight instead of hoping a car is available.

How much does SUV service cost?

It depends on distance, duration, vehicle and timing. Airport transfers are quoted as flat rates; open-ended days are quoted hourly with a three-hour minimum. An SUV costs more than a sedan, but for three or more passengers it is normally cheaper than two sedans. Every quote is given in full before you confirm.

Do you offer 24/7 SUV car service?

Yes. Dispatch is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays. Early-morning departures and overnight arrivals are routine.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Nothing on your end. We track your flight number and adjust the pickup automatically. Airline delays are never charged, and your complimentary wait time stands regardless of when you land.

Is gratuity included?

Yes. Standard gratuity is built into every quote, along with tolls, fuel, parking and airport fees. Anything beyond that is at your discretion.

How far in advance should I book?

Twenty-four hours is comfortable for a standard transfer. SUVs are the first vehicle class to sell out, so for peak periods such as holidays, graduations, UN General Assembly week, DC conference season, and SXSW or F1 in Austin, book two to four weeks out. Same-day requests are still welcome; call and ask.

Can I book several SUVs for a group?

Yes. Multi-vehicle bookings, staged arrivals and continuous shuttles are standard work. For groups beyond roughly fourteen passengers we will usually recommend a Sprinter van or mini bus instead, on the same account.

Do you provide child safety seats?

Yes, at no additional charge with advance notice. Give us each child's age and weight and the correct seat is installed before pickup.

Can I request the same chauffeur each time?

Yes, and most regular clients do. Name your preferred chauffeur at booking and we will assign them whenever their schedule allows.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards, ACH, corporate cards and direct invoicing for established accounts.
