We reply with an all-inclusive price, usually within 15 minutes.

No payment needed. We confirm availability and price before anything is booked.

Our wedding limo service covers the whole day: the bride and bridesmaids from the getting-ready suite, the groom and groomsmen from the hotel, the couple from the ceremony to the photo stops and on to the reception, and every guest who should not be driving at the end of the night. A&A Limousine plans the vehicles around your timeline rather than the other way round, so the right car is at the right door ten to fifteen minutes before it is needed.

We run weddings across New York, New Jersey, Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia and Texas, in stretch limousines, Hummer and Escalade stretches, Sprinter limos and party buses for the wedding party, and luxury sedans and SUVs for parents and VIP guests. Every quote is all-inclusive, so you know the full cost of your wedding transportation before you sign anything.

Planning

How many wedding vehicles do you need?

Start with who has to be where, and when. Most weddings need one vehicle for the couple, one for the wedding party, and, if the ceremony and reception are at different venues or the hotel block is far away, a guest shuttle. The table below shows the combinations our planners book most often for a wedding limo service. Not sure which fits? Compare every vehicle on our fleet page.

Sample wedding day transportation schedule

This illustrative schedule is for a 4 pm ceremony with the reception at a second venue 25 minutes away. Every wedding is different, but this is how our planners build a run sheet: work backwards from the ceremony, add a buffer to every move, and give each vehicle a clear job.

Beyond the big day

Wedding transportation for the whole weekend

Many couples book us for more than the wedding day itself. Put the whole weekend on one reservation and the same planner keeps every ride on the schedule.

A sedan or SUV for the couple and parents, or a Sprinter for the wedding party between the rehearsal venue and dinner.

Bachelor and bachelorette parties

Party buses and limos for a night out in Manhattan, Hoboken, DC, Baltimore, Austin or Dallas. See our party bus rental options.

Out-of-town guest arrivals

Meet-and-greet pickups at JFK, Newark, Dulles, BWI, DFW, IAH and more, with flight tracking and a free 60-minute wait. See airport transportation.

Vineyard and estate weddings

Shuttles and Sprinter limos for venues in Virginia wine country, the Hudson Valley and Texas Hill Country. Pair it with a wine tour the day before.

The getaway car

A classic stretch limousine or luxury sedan for the send-off, with "Just Married" signage and a drop-off at the hotel or airport.

Day-after brunch and departures

Guest shuttles to the farewell brunch and hourly runs back to the airport so family makes their flights home.

Locations

Wedding Limo Service across New York, New Jersey, Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia & Texas

Wedding Limo in New York

Airports JFK, LaGuardia

For a wedding limo service in Manhattan, timing is the first problem: Midtown traffic, one-way avenues and no standing zones outside most hotels. We schedule the couple's car to pull up for a two-minute load rather than circle, and plan photo stops at Central Park's Bethesda Terrace and Bow Bridge, the Brooklyn Bridge approaches and the DUMBO waterfront for early morning or golden hour when crowds are thinner. For Long Island estate venues such as those on the North Shore, and for barn and vineyard weddings in the Hudson Valley, we allow for the Long Island Expressway and Taconic Parkway on summer Saturdays and check driveway access for stretch vehicles in advance.

Wedding Limo in New Jersey

Airports Newark Liberty (EWR)

New Jersey couples often want the Manhattan skyline in the photos, so the Hoboken and Jersey City waterfront and Liberty State Park are regular stops between ceremony and reception. Banquet-hall weddings in North and Central Jersey usually pair a stretch limo for the couple with a mini bus for guests coming from the hotel block. Shore weddings in Asbury Park, Long Branch or Cape May need extra time on the Garden State Parkway on summer weekends, and we plan the guest shuttle around the reception's last call.

Wedding Limo in Washington, DC

Airports Reagan National (DCA), Dulles (IAD)

A DC wedding limo service has to plan for two things most cities do not: motorcade and event road closures, and crowds at the monuments. We check closures for your date, time photo stops at the Tidal Basin, the Lincoln Memorial steps and the Georgetown waterfront for early in the day, and expect heavy traffic during cherry blossom season in late March and early April. Popular ceremony and reception venues such as Washington National Cathedral and the historic downtown hotels have tight curbside rules, so our chauffeurs coordinate loading with the venue's front desk.

Wedding Limo in Maryland

Airports BWI Marshall

Baltimore weddings often move between Fells Point, Federal Hill and the Inner Harbor, where cobblestones and narrow streets favor a sedan or Sprinter for the couple over a long stretch. Annapolis waterfront weddings are popular in spring and fall; for Eastern Shore venues in St. Michaels or on Kent Island we build in Chesapeake Bay Bridge traffic, which backs up badly on summer Fridays and Sundays.

Wedding Limo in Virginia

Airports Dulles (IAD), Reagan National (DCA), Richmond (RIC)

Northern Virginia wine country is one of the busiest regions for our wedding limo service. Vineyard and estate venues around Leesburg, Middleburg and Purcellville sit on two-lane roads and gravel drives, so we confirm access and turning space for each vehicle, and a Sprinter limo or mini bus is often the better fit than a long stretch. In Old Town Alexandria, the brick sidewalks and King Street waterfront make good photo stops, and we time arrivals around weekend traffic on I-66 and the Beltway.

Wedding Limo in Texas

Airports IAH, Hobby (HOU), DFW, Love Field (DAL), Austin (AUS), San Antonio (SAT)

In Texas, our wedding limo service is planned around heat and distance. From May to September we pre-cool vehicles before every pickup and keep water on board, and we schedule outdoor photo stops for the cooler morning or evening light. Hill Country venues outside Austin and San Antonio can be an hour from the guests' hotels, so guest shuttles are scheduled as timed loops, while Houston and Dallas weddings need extra time on the 610 Loop, I-45 and I-35E on Saturday afternoons. In San Antonio, the River Walk and the historic missions are favorite photo backdrops.

FAQs

Wedding Limo FAQs

How much does a wedding limo cost?

Wedding limo pricing depends on the vehicle, the number of hours and the date. Most wedding vehicles have a three-hour minimum, and party buses and guest shuttles a four-hour minimum. Peak Saturdays in spring and fall cost more and book first. Send your date and venues and we will give you an all-inclusive quote, usually within 15 minutes.

How far in advance should I book a wedding limo?

As soon as the date and venues are set. Peak Saturdays in May, June, September and October sell out months ahead, especially for Hummer limos and party buses, so book your wedding limo service early. Off-season and weekday weddings can often be booked a few weeks out.

How many hours do I need a wedding limo for?

For the couple only, from the ceremony to the reception with a photo stop, three hours is usually enough. If the car also picks up the bridal party before the ceremony, plan on five to six hours. We build the schedule from your timeline and show you the hours before you book.

Can we drink champagne in the wedding limo?

Guests 21 and older may bring their own beverages in our limousines and party vehicles where state law allows, and we provide ice and glassware. Alcohol is never permitted for underage passengers.

Do you offer red-carpet service and decorations?

Yes. Red-carpet service, decorated vehicles and "Just Married" signage are available on request. Tell us when you book so the chauffeur arrives with everything in place.

Can you shuttle our guests between the hotel and the venue?

Yes. We run guest shuttles in Sprinter vans, mini buses and coaches as timed loops between the hotel block, the ceremony and the reception, and a final run at the end of the night.

What happens if the wedding runs late?

Weddings rarely run exactly to schedule, so we plan a buffer into the timeline. If the day runs past the booked hours, the chauffeur can stay and the extra time is billed at the hourly rate agreed in your quote.

Do you provide wedding limo service in all six states?

Yes. AA Limo runs wedding transportation in New York, New Jersey, Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia and Texas, including destination weddings where the couple and guests are coming from another state.
