Hourly and as-directed. When the day has more than two stops or the schedule is still forming, book the Sprinter hourly, with a three-hour minimum. The vehicle and chauffeur stay with your group, luggage and materials stay secured on board, and you direct the day as it unfolds. Shuttles, weddings, teams and tours

Sprinter configurations

"Sprinter" covers several very different vehicles. The one you want depends on whether you are prioritizing seats, comfort or cargo.

Executive Mercedes Sprinter van

The business configuration. Individual or facing captain's chairs in leather, generous legroom, work surfaces or fold-out tables, USB and 110V power at every seat, and Wi-Fi. High-roof passenger Sprinter

The workhorse. Standing-height headroom means passengers board without stooping, and the extended-wheelbase build adds a dedicated rear luggage area behind the last row. This is the 12 and 15-passenger configuration used for airport runs and shuttle loops, and the one to book when bags matter as much as seats.

Wheelbase and roof height

Sprinters are built on 144-inch and 170-inch wheelbases, in standard and high-roof forms. The longer wheelbase adds luggage capacity behind the rear row; the high roof adds standing headroom. For airport work, ask for the extended high-roof build: it is the configuration that reliably takes a full passenger load and a full luggage load at the same time.

Seating capacity and luggage

Sprinter seating capacity runs from ten to fifteen passengers depending on configuration. Seats and bags compete for the same space, so give us both numbers when you book.

Sizing guidance: every rear row you fill costs roughly two to three large cases. A 15-passenger Sprinter carrying fifteen people does not also carry fifteen suitcases; for a full load with full luggage, book two vehicles or step up to a mini bus. Rates and booking terms

• Pricing structure: airport transfers and point-to-point runs are quoted as flat rates. Open-ended days and multi-stop programs are quoted hourly with a three-hour minimum, rising on peak dates.
• Rates depend on: vehicle configuration, distance, duration, date and the number of stops.
• Worth knowing: for groups of eight or more, one Sprinter is normally cheaper than two SUVs and considerably simpler to coordinate. For fifteen-plus with luggage, a mini bus usually prices better than two Sprinters.
• Peak dates: conference weeks, graduation weekends, major holidays, New Year's Eve and peak wedding Saturdays. These price higher and sell out earliest.
• Included in every quote: vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, tolls, standard parking, airport fees and gratuity. Nothing is added after the confirmation you agreed to.
• Charges that can appear afterward: wait time beyond the complimentary window, stops added mid-trip, or extending an hourly booking. Each is quoted at a published rate before you agree to it.
• Cancellation: free up to four hours before pickup on local transfers, and 24 hours before on long-distance, event and multi-vehicle bookings. Airline-caused cancellations are never charged. Corporate accounts can negotiate terms to match their travel policy.
