Airport & Travel
Airport transportation with flight tracking, meet-and-greet pickups and 60 minutes of free wait time on domestic arrivals.
Updated
We reply with an all-inclusive price, usually within 15 minutes.
Our airport transportation service covers the whole trip to and from the terminal: a chauffeur who tracks your flight, arrives 15 minutes before pickup and meets you at arrivals with your name on a sign. We handle JFK, LaGuardia, Newark, Reagan National, Dulles, BWI, Houston (IAH and Hobby), DFW, Love Field and Austin-Bergstrom, with 60 minutes of free wait time on domestic arrivals and meet-and-greet service at every one of those airports.
Most airport runs go in a luxury sedan for one or two travelers, a luxury SUV for families with 4 to 8 bags, or a Mercedes Sprinter Van for a team flying out together. Early-morning departures, red-eyes and international arrivals are all normal work for us, and a meet-and-greet airport service can be added when you want the chauffeur inside the terminal. We run these rides across New York, New Jersey, Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia and Texas, and long-distance airport runs between those states are available.

Planning
The right choice depends on how many people are flying, how much luggage is coming and whether the ride is a solo business trip or a family arrival. Most airport transportation bookings fall into one of the groups below; compare every option on our fleet page before you request a quote.
| Who is riding | Recommended vehicles | Why it works |
|---|---|---|
| One traveler with a carry-on and a checked bag | Luxury Sedan | Quiet cabin and easy curbside loading for a solo business or early-morning flight. |
| Couple or family of up to four with several suitcases | Luxury SUV | Room for four to eight bags and privacy glass on the ride home from the terminal. |
| Family or small team of five to seven | Luxury SUV or Mercedes Sprinter Van | The SUV handles short runs; the Sprinter adds captain's chairs and luggage space. |
| Corporate group of eight to fifteen with laptops and bags | Mercedes Sprinter Van | Forward-facing seats, Wi-Fi and USB charging so the group can work en route. |
| Wedding party or conference delegation of ten to twenty | Sprinter Limo or SUV Stretch Limo | Perimeter seating keeps the group together and gives standing headroom at the curb. |
| Large group of eighteen or more flying out together | Mini Bus or Charter Bus | Reclining seats and under-floor luggage bays swallow the bags of a full team. |
Pricing
Airport transportation is priced as a flat transfer between your address and the terminal, not by the hour, and the quote is all-inclusive: gratuity, tolls and fees are explained upfront. Quotes usually come back within 15 minutes of your request.
| Vehicle | Passengers | Minimum | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Luxury Sedan | Up to 3 | 3 hours | Quote in 15 minutes |
| Luxury SUV | Up to 7 | 3 hours | Quote in 15 minutes |
| Mercedes Sprinter Van | 10 to 15 | 3 hours | Quote in 15 minutes |
| Mini Bus | 18 to 30 | 3 hours | Quote in 15 minutes |
Included in every quote: chauffeur gratuity, tolls, fuel and parking. Distance to the airport, the time of day, peak holiday travel and any extra waiting time beyond the free 60 minutes are what move the price up or down.
Send your date and venues. We reply with an all-inclusive quote, usually within 15 minutes.
Sample schedule
This illustrative schedule shows how an airport transportation booking runs from the reservation desk to the drop-off. Times are built backwards from the flight, with a buffer for traffic and the walk from the gate.
Times are an example only; your planner builds your schedule from your flight number, terminal, luggage and destination.
How it works
Beyond the big day
Airport trips rarely stand alone. These are the bookings that most often sit alongside an airport reservation, and one point of contact can hold them all.
A chauffeur inside baggage claim with a name sign, helpful when family lands at an unfamiliar terminal. See our meet and greet airport service for the full procedure.
Rides to and from fixed-base operators and private terminals, timed to your tail number rather than an airline schedule. Details are on our FBO airport limo service page.
Flights into Newark, BWI or Houston often connect to a sailing the same day. We cover the cruise port car service and the Baltimore and Galveston terminals.
Travelers switching between air and rail can book a Union Station DC car service to bridge the two legs.
When a connection is more trouble than a drive, a city to city car service covers New York to DC or Dallas to Houston.
Executive assistants can put recurring airport runs on a corporate limo service account with monthly billing.
Locations
Airport transportation in New York means planning around the Van Wyck and the Grand Central Parkway for JFK, the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway and Queens-Midtown Tunnel for LaGuardia, and the Hutchinson River Parkway for Westchester pickups. Early-morning departures from Manhattan need a cushion for tunnel closures and bridge work, and Friday afternoon runs to JFK from Midtown can double in time. We track each flight, so a delayed arrival at Terminal 4 or a gate change at LaGuardia shifts your pickup automatically. Winter nor'easters and summer thunderstorm ground stops are the two seasons that most often rewrite a schedule, and our dispatch adjusts the car rather than leaving you waiting at the curb.
Newark Liberty is the busiest pickup point in the state, reached from the Turnpike, Routes 1 and 9, and the Garden State Parkway, and we build in time for the airport's own roadway congestion at peak hours. Travelers from Princeton, the Shore towns and North Jersey corporate campuses often pair an EWR run with a morning meeting, so a chauffeur waiting inside the terminal saves the walk to a remote lot. Summer Fridays on the Parkway toward the Shore run heavy in the opposite direction from most airport traffic, which helps afternoon departures. Tell the reservation team about any special requests when you book, including extra luggage or a second stop.
Reagan National sits minutes from Capitol Hill but the George Washington Memorial Parkway and the 14th Street Bridge can turn that into a long ride during rush hour, so we schedule DC pickups around the morning and evening peaks. Dulles runs use the Dulles Toll Road and the Greenway, and we allow extra time for the airport's remote midfield concourses. Security zones around the Capitol, the White House and Embassy Row affect curbside access at some hotels, and our chauffeurs know which entrances allow a vehicle to wait. Spring cherry blossom season and September conference weeks are the busiest stretches for airport transportation in the District.
BWI Marshall is the main airport for Maryland travelers, reached by the Baltimore-Washington Parkway, Interstate 95 and the BW Parkway from Annapolis and Columbia. Early flights from Baltimore and Bethesda mean leaving before the Beltway fills, and we time the pickup to the flight rather than a fixed clock time. Annapolis and the Eastern Shore add the Bay Bridge to any airport run, which backs up on summer weekends and holiday Fridays. Baltimore's Inner Harbor hotels and the convention center generate steady early-morning departures, and our chauffeurs use the terminal's upper and lower levels depending on the airline.
Dulles is the anchor airport for Northern Virginia, connected by the Dulles Access Road and the Greenway, with Reagan National a short ride from Arlington and Alexandria across the Potomac. Tysons and Reston corporate travelers often need a car waiting at the office door before a 7 am flight, and we confirm the pickup the evening before. Interstate 66 and the Capital Beltway carry most airport traffic in the corridor, and afternoon backups near the Mixing Bowl affect both airports. Beyond the DC suburbs, travelers from Loudoun County, Fredericksburg and the Shenandoah Valley use us for longer runs to Dulles and Richmond.
Texas airport runs cover a lot of ground, from IAH and Hobby in Houston to DFW and Love Field in Dallas, Austin-Bergstrom and San Antonio International. The Downtown Connector in Houston, the Dallas North Tollway and Interstate 35 between Austin and San Antonio all carry heavy commute traffic that we plan around. Summer heat means a chilled cabin and water waiting at the curb, and spring storm season can delay flights across the state, so we track arrivals and adjust. Game weekends in Austin and Dallas fill hotel zones quickly, and a chauffeur who knows the pickup points saves a long walk with luggage.

Why us

Reservations and dispatch answer around the clock, so a delayed red-eye or a gate change at midnight still reaches a person who can move your car.
FAQs
Pricing depends on the distance, the vehicle class and the time of day, and every quote is all-inclusive with gratuity, tolls and fees explained upfront. A sedan from Manhattan to JFK is a different booking from a Sprinter from Tysons to Dulles. Send your pickup address, airport and flight number and we will quote it, usually within 15 minutes.
Airport and corporate rides are usually booked about 24 hours ahead, and same-day service is often possible when vehicles are available. For holiday travel, early-morning departures and large groups needing a Sprinter or coach, book several days out.
We track your flight and adjust the pickup to the actual arrival time. Domestic arrivals include 60 minutes of free wait time after landing, and international arrivals get more. If your flight is delayed or diverted, dispatch moves the car, and you do not pay for time lost to the airline.
At JFK, LaGuardia, Newark, Reagan National, Dulles, BWI, Houston's IAH and Hobby, DFW, Love Field and Austin-Bergstrom, your chauffeur meets you inside the terminal with a name sign and helps with luggage. You receive the chauffeur's name and contact details before pickup, so you can call or text on landing.
Guests 21 and older may bring their own beverages in our limousines and party vehicles where state law allows, and we provide ice and glassware. Most airport travelers simply want water, which is complimentary in the sedan and SUV.
The Luxury Sedan suits one to three passengers with two or three suitcases, while the Luxury SUV handles up to seven passengers and four to eight bags. Groups of ten or more usually take the Mercedes Sprinter Van for captain's chairs and luggage space. Tell us the passenger count and bag count and we will match the vehicle.
Yes. Dispatch runs 24 hours, so a 5 am pickup for a 7 am flight or a midnight arrival at DFW is a normal booking. We confirm the pickup time the evening before and the chauffeur arrives 15 minutes early. For very early departures, we build in extra time for road closures and construction.
Yes. A&A Limousine covers airports across New York, New Jersey, Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia and Texas, and long-distance trips between them, such as New York to DC or Dallas to Houston. One reservation can cover several vehicles and passengers arriving on different flights, with one point of contact for the group.
