Black Car
A chauffeured car service for executives, roadshows and airport transfers, with a professional chauffeur and a single all-inclusive quote.
Updated
We reply with an all-inclusive price, usually within 15 minutes.
Our black car service gives you a professional chauffeur in an executive sedan or SUV, booked by the ride or by the hour, for business travel, airport transfers and any trip where a reliable car matters. We cover Washington DC, Virginia, Maryland and Texas, with long-distance rides between them when flying is more trouble than it is worth. The service is built for executives, assistants, roadshow teams and anyone who needs a car waiting at the door.
For airport runs, your chauffeur tracks the flight and waits 60 minutes free on domestic arrivals, with meet-and-greet at Reagan National, Dulles, BWI, Houston, Dallas and Austin airports. Choose a luxury sedan for up to three passengers or a luxury SUV for up to seven, and add a Mercedes Sprinter Van when the group grows. If you are planning a full corporate travel program, see our corporate limo service for account setup and monthly billing.

Planning
The right vehicle depends on how many people are riding, how much luggage they carry and whether the car stays with you between stops. Most bookings are a sedan for one or two travelers and an SUV when the group or the bags grow; compare every option on the full fleet page.
| Who is riding | Recommended vehicles | Why it works |
|---|---|---|
| One traveler or a couple with carry-ons | Luxury Sedan | Quiet cabin and leather seats for a single airport run or a day of meetings. |
| Three to five colleagues with briefcases | Luxury SUV | Room to spread out and privacy glass for calls between appointments. |
| Family or small team with checked bags | Luxury SUV | Holds four to eight suitcases, so nobody juggles bags in a second car. |
| Roadshow team moving between offices | Mercedes Sprinter Van | Captain's chairs, Wi-Fi and USB charging keep the group working between stops. |
| Client dinner or a night out with drinks | Sprinter Limo | Perimeter seating and standing headroom for a group that wants to talk together. |
| Conference group on a fixed loop | Mini Bus | Reclining seats and luggage storage for timed hotel-to-venue runs all day. |
Pricing
The ride is priced either as a flat rate for a point-to-point transfer or by the hour when you keep the vehicle and chauffeur on standby. Every quote is all-inclusive, with gratuity, tolls and fees explained upfront, so you see the full cost before you book.

Sample schedule
This illustrative schedule shows how an hourly chauffeured car works for an executive visiting Washington, DC: the chauffeur stays with the car, and the day is built around the meetings. Your own schedule comes from your appointments and the distance between them.
Times are an example only; your planner builds your schedule from your appointments, the distance between them and how long you want the car to wait.
How it works
Beyond the big day
A chauffeured sedan or SUV often covers more than the one ride it was booked for. These are the add-ons clients put on the same reservation.
Flight tracking and 60 minutes of free wait time on domestic arrivals at Reagan National, Dulles, BWI, DFW, Love Field, IAH, Hobby and Austin-Bergstrom. See airport transportation.
One car and one point of contact across a week of office visits, with the schedule adjusted as meetings move. Our roadshow transportation team handles the run sheet.
Keep the car and chauffeur for a half day or a full day so meetings, lunches and hotel returns run on your clock, not a dispatch queue. Book through hourly limo service.
Washington to Baltimore, Dallas to Austin or Houston, San Antonio to Austin: a sedan or SUV door to door instead of a terminal connection.
Sedans and SUVs to the Baltimore cruise terminal and Galveston cruise terminal, timed to the boarding window rather than a shuttle schedule.
When the party outgrows an SUV, a Mercedes Sprinter Van or mini bus keeps the same chauffeur standard for 10 to 30 riders.
Locations
A black car service in DC is mostly a problem of where the car can legally stop. Federal buildings on Pennsylvania and Constitution Avenues have security perimeters, and K Street and the Capitol Hill blocks around the Senate office buildings restrict standing, so we plan the pickup point before the trip rather than letting the chauffeur circle. Early flights out of Reagan National mean a 5 am pickup on I-395, and the same sedan can run a Georgetown dinner and a Dupont Circle client meeting later that day. Cherry blossom season in late March and April slows the Tidal Basin and Mall approaches, so we add time for any ride near the monuments. Union Station arrivals and Amtrak connections are handled as point-to-point work with the chauffeur waiting at the taxi deck.
Northern Virginia corporate travel runs on the Dulles Toll Road, the Capital Beltway and I-66, and the difference between a 25-minute and a 70-minute run to Dulles (IAD) is usually the hour you leave. We build the pickup around the flight and the HOV rules rather than the clock, and the same approach applies to Tysons corridor meetings, Reston office parks and Alexandria's Old Town streets, where parking is tight and a sedan waits at the curb instead of a garage. Beyond the Beltway, I-81 and I-64 carry rides to Richmond, Charlottesville and the Shenandoah Valley, including Virginia wine country itineraries out Route 151. Summer Fridays send beach traffic down I-64 toward Hampton Roads, and fall adds university traffic in Charlottesville and Blacksburg.
Baltimore's downtown one-ways, the Inner Harbor hotel loop and the stadium complex around Camden Yards and M&T Bank Stadium all shape how a chauffeur plans a drop. Rides to BWI Marshall run on I-95 and the BW Parkway, and we track the flight so the car is at the terminal when the passenger lands. Bethesda and Silver Spring trips often mean NIH, Walter Reed or downtown office stops with limited loading zones, while Annapolis work follows Route 50 and the Severn River bridges, which back up on Navy game days. In winter, a snow event on I-270 or I-70 can add an hour to a Rockville or Frederick pickup, so we build the buffer into the schedule the day before. A&A Limousine covers these runs with the same sedan or SUV you would use in DC.
Distance is the defining fact of Texas black car work. Dallas to Fort Worth is a 35-mile run on I-30, Austin to San Antonio is 80 miles down I-35, and Houston spreads across the Beltway and the Grand Parkway, so an on-time pickup depends on which side of the city you start. DFW, Love Field, IAH, Hobby and Austin-Bergstrom all sit well outside their downtowns, and we plan the departure around the terminal rather than the airport name. Summer heat above 100 degrees means the chauffeur cools the cabin before pickup, and spring storms can close I-35 or the Houston freeways without warning. Hill Country wine tours out US-290 and quinceañera and wedding work in San Antonio and the Rio Grande Valley round out the calendar.

Why us
One company covering DC, Virginia, Maryland and Texas, so a week of meetings across three states stays on one reservation with one point of contact.
A 3-passenger sedan for a solo client or a 7-passenger SUV for a roadshow team, with the same chauffeur standard in either.
All-inclusive quotes usually within 15 minutes, with gratuity, tolls and fees explained upfront before you reserve.
Reservations and dispatch are staffed around the clock, so a flight change at 11 pm still reaches a person who can move the car.
FAQs
Pricing depends on the vehicle class, the distance or hours, the time of day and any tolls or airport fees on the route. A point-to-point sedan ride is quoted as a flat rate, while hourly work is billed by the hour with a minimum. Send your pickup, drop-off and date and we will return an all-inclusive quote, usually within 15 minutes.
For airport and corporate rides, 24 hours ahead is usually enough, and same-day requests are often possible when vehicles are available. Book earlier for early-morning departures, multi-vehicle roadshows or peak weeks around conferences and holidays. If you need a stop added mid-trip, such as a client office or a hotel lobby, the chauffeur can adjust the route when traffic and the schedule allow.
Point-to-point rides have no hourly minimum; you pay for the trip. Hourly bookings carry a minimum that depends on the vehicle and the day, and we show it in the quote before you reserve. If your day is a mix of meetings and waiting, hourly usually costs less than several separate rides.
Guests 21 and older may bring their own beverages in limousines and party vehicles where state law allows. Sedans and SUVs used for black car work are stocked with bottled water, and alcohol is never permitted for underage passengers.
We track the flight, so the chauffeur adjusts the pickup to the actual landing time rather than the schedule. Domestic arrivals include 60 minutes of free wait time after landing. If a meeting runs long on an hourly booking, the chauffeur waits and the extra time is billed at the quoted hourly rate.
Choose the Luxury Sedan for one to three passengers with two or three suitcases; it is the standard choice for solo executives and airport runs. Take the Luxury SUV for up to seven passengers and four to eight bags, or when clients ride together and need room to work. Groups of ten or more move to the Mercedes Sprinter Van.
Yes. We build a single itinerary with set pickup times at each stop, and the chauffeur stays with the vehicle between meetings. Multi-vehicle days run under one reservation with one point of contact, which matters when a roadshow splits between DC, Tysons and Baltimore. Corporate accounts with monthly billing are available for repeat schedules.
