Corporate Shuttles
A data center shuttle for Ashburn and Loudoun County: client site visits, shift-change runs and multi-campus days, booked around your access times and gate schedules.
Updated
We reply with an all-inclusive price, usually within 15 minutes.
A data center shuttle in Ashburn is a scheduling problem before it is a driving problem: visitors land at Dulles with a badge appointment at a set hour, night-shift technicians need a fixed pickup at a fixed door, and a project team may need three campuses on one afternoon. A&A Limousine runs client site visits and employee shift runs across Data Center Alley, from the Route 28 corridor and Waxpool Road to Beaumeade Circle, Loudoun County Parkway and the Brambleton and Sterling edges of the cluster.
Vehicles stop at the public or visitor entrance your host designates; passengers clear each building's security themselves, and chauffeurs do not discuss who rode or where. For larger staff moves we run mini buses and charter buses, for executives and small client groups a luxury SUV or Mercedes Sprinter Van, and for a single visitor a luxury sedan. If you are moving a whole conference rather than a campus run, our shuttle bus service covers that separately.

Planning
Start with the shift pattern and the visitor schedule, then match vehicle size to each run. Most campuses in Ashburn, Sterling and Leesburg need a mix: a small executive vehicle for client visits and a larger bus for shift change. The table below shows the combinations we book most often for a data center shuttle, and you can compare every option on our fleet page.
| Who is riding | Recommended vehicles | Why it works |
|---|---|---|
| One or two visiting clients or auditors | Luxury Sedan or Luxury SUV | Quiet cabin and door-to-door drop at the visitor entrance; the SUV takes extra bags and equipment cases. |
| Site tour of four to eight people | Mercedes Sprinter Van | Forward-facing captain's chairs, Wi-Fi and USB charging so the group can work between campuses. |
| Executive briefing or board visit of 10 to 14 | Sprinter Limo | Perimeter seating and standing headroom for a short presentation en route, with a premium bar for after. |
| Shift change of 18 to 30 employees | Mini Bus | Reclining seats and luggage storage for laptops and bags, on a fixed loop between lots and buildings. |
| Large shift or contractor crew of 30 to 56 | Charter Bus / Motor Coach | One vehicle absorbs a whole shift, with under-floor luggage bays and an onboard restroom for longer runs. |
| Two or three campuses in one day | Several vehicles under one reservation | One point of contact runs the schedule while separate vehicles cover overlapping pickups. |
Pricing
A data center shuttle is quoted hourly for vehicles held on standby, or as a flat transfer for a single door-to-door run, and every quote is all-inclusive with gratuity, tolls and fees explained upfront. Tell us the campuses, the gate times and how many vehicles you need, and the quote usually comes back within 15 minutes.
| Vehicle | Passengers | Minimum | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mercedes Sprinter Van | 10 to 15 | 3 hours | Quote in 15 minutes |
| Mini Bus | 18 to 30 | 3 hours | Quote in 15 minutes |
| Luxury SUV | Up to 7 | 3 hours | Quote in 15 minutes |
| Luxury Sedan | Up to 3 | 3 hours | Quote in 15 minutes |
| Charter Bus | Up to 56 | 3 hours | Quote in 15 minutes |
Included in every quote: chauffeur gratuity, tolls, fuel and parking. Overnight shift runs, waiting time at a visitor entrance and the number of stops between campuses affect the total more than distance does.
Send your date and venues. We reply with an all-inclusive quote, usually within 15 minutes.
Sample schedule
This illustrative schedule covers a morning client visit and an afternoon shift change across two campuses near Route 28. Every operation is different, but this is how our planners build a run sheet: fix the visitor arrival first, then fit the employee loops around it.
Times are an example only. Your planner builds your schedule from your shift times, building addresses and visitor arrivals.
How it works
Beyond the big day
A campus shuttle rarely stands alone. Most clients pair it with airport pickups, visitor days and after-hours events, and one reservation keeps every ride on the same schedule.
Visitors flying into IAD land 12 minutes from the Ashburn campuses. Book a meet-and-greet with flight tracking so a delayed arrival does not stall the site tour. See airport transportation.
Clients landing at a Dulles-area FBO can be collected at the aircraft and driven straight to the campus gate. Our FBO airport limo service covers the details.
Investor and vendor roadshows often hit three or four campuses in a day. An hourly vehicle with a fixed driver keeps the schedule tight; see roadshow transportation.
New hires arriving by train or air can be grouped onto one shuttle from the hotel to the campus, with a set pickup time and one coordinator handling the list.
Shift-end celebrations and team dinners in Leesburg or One Loudoun run well on a Sprinter limo or party bus so nobody drives home late.
When a trade show fills the Dulles corridor hotels, timed loops between hotel blocks and campuses keep visitors moving; see conference and convention shuttle.
Locations
Ashburn is the center of Data Center Alley, and most of our work here is shift change: a Sprinter van or mini bus collecting engineers from One Loudoun, the Loudoun Station area and the Route 7 corridor and running them to campuses off Waxpool Road, Beaumeade Circle and Loudoun County Parkway. Client site visits usually start at a hotel in the Dulles corridor, stop at two or three facilities in a morning, and end back at Dulles. We build the loop around your access times, since visitors badge in at each building's visitor entrance and clear security themselves. Summer storm season and winter ice on Waxpool Road are the two times we add slack to every pickup.
A client visit that starts at a Tysons headquarters and ends at a Loudoun campus is a 25-to-40-minute run up the Dulles Toll Road and Route 267, longer on weekday mornings when the westbound lanes back up past the Beltway. We pick up at Tysons Corner Center hotels, Capital One Hall events and the Rosslyn and Ballston office towers, then hold the vehicle on site while your team walks a facility. For executives coming from McLean estates or Langley, a Luxury SUV carries four people and their bags in one car. Afternoon return trips leave before 4 pm to stay ahead of the eastbound build.
Reston Town Center and the Herndon office parks sit between Dulles and the campuses, which makes them the natural staging point for a data center shuttle. A Mercedes Sprinter Van with captain's chairs and Wi-Fi lets a team take a call between stops on the Dulles Access Road, and the same van handles the return run after a late cutover. Airport hotels along Route 28 are where out-of-town clients stay, so we often pair a Dulles arrival with the next morning's site loop. Snow and ice on the Greenway in January and February are the main reason we confirm pickup windows the day before.
Teams based at Amazon HQ2, Crystal City and Pentagon City cross the Beltway and Route 7 to reach Loudoun facilities, roughly 40 to 55 minutes in morning traffic. We stage pickups at the hotels around Reagan National and at Rosslyn and Ballston offices, and we route around the I-66 and I-495 interchange when it tightens. Old Town Alexandria pickups add time on the George Washington Memorial Parkway, so we set earlier call times for those groups. A Mini Bus with reclining seats suits a full project team moving together with laptops and equipment cases.
Arlington · Alexandria · National Landing (Crystal City & Pentagon City)
Western Loudoun clients often need one vehicle for a day that mixes a Leesburg office, a Route 7 campus and a winery dinner near Middleburg. The drive between them is short but two-lane in places, so we plan the order of stops rather than the distance. Historic downtown Leesburg pickups work well for small groups, and a Luxury Sedan covers a single visiting executive moving between meetings. Fall is the busiest stretch on these roads, with weekend traffic from the outlets and hunt country events, so weekday shuttle times stay the priority and weekend site visits get extra buffer.

Client visit times, flight numbers for anyone arriving at Dulles, and hotel addresses for pickups.

Why us
We build pickup times around your shift windows, including early-morning and overnight changes, with one point of contact for several vehicles on one reservation.
A 3-passenger sedan for one visiting client up to a 56-passenger coach for a full crew move, all from the same fleet.
All-inclusive quotes usually within 15 minutes, with gratuity, tolls and fees explained before you reserve.
Reservations and dispatch are staffed around the clock, so a changed access time or a delayed flight still reaches a person.
FAQs
Pricing depends on the vehicle class, the number of hours, the distance between stops and the day of the week. A single sedan for one visiting client costs less than a Sprinter running a shift loop all evening. Send your stops, headcount and times and we will return an all-inclusive quote, usually within 15 minutes, with gratuity, tolls and fees explained upfront.
For planned shift changes and client visits, book at least a week ahead so the same driver and vehicle can be assigned to the run. Recurring weekly loops are best set up a few weeks out. Same-day requests are often possible when vehicles are available, so call the reservation line if your schedule moves at short notice.
We schedule around your shift windows rather than a fixed hourly block. Give us the shift start and end times, the pickup addresses and the number of passengers, and we build the loop so the vehicle arrives 15 minutes before each pickup. For a late cutover or an early-morning change, we confirm the final times the day before.
Yes. On an hourly booking the chauffeur stays with the vehicle while your group badges in and walks the facility, then moves to the next stop when you are ready. Vehicles stop at public or visitor entrances under each building's rules, and passengers clear security themselves. If a stop needs extra time, add it to the itinerary when you book so the schedule holds for the rest of the day.
We track inbound flights for airport pickups and adjust the pickup time as the arrival moves. For meetings that overrun, the chauffeur waits and dispatch re-plans the remaining stops. If the delay pushes into another reservation, we tell you what changes rather than leaving the group without a vehicle.
A Luxury SUV suits two to four visitors with luggage, and a Mercedes Sprinter Van fits ten to fifteen with captain's chairs and Wi-Fi for the ride between campuses. Larger crews moving together do better in a Mini Bus or Charter Bus with luggage bays.
Yes. Several vehicles can run under one reservation with one point of contact, which keeps a multi-site visit or a staggered shift change coordinated. We assign each vehicle its own route and timing and give you a single schedule to share with your team, with chauffeur names and contact details sent before pickup.
We cover Loudoun County and the wider Dulles corridor, including Ashburn, Sterling, Herndon, Reston, Chantilly and Leesburg, plus pickups from Tysons, McLean, Arlington, National Landing and Alexandria. Long-distance trips between our service areas are available, so a team arriving from another region can be collected at the airport and moved to the campus.
